Hi I’m a noobie and just need some guidance my bike (motorhispania rx50) was running perfectly fine and then died out so understandably I charged the battery but the bike won’t start can only start wen pushed and now (2days after charging battery) it’s completely done and won’t tick over can only hear the spark from the spark plug, any help ?

This. A battery can show a full 12.8 volts straight off the charger but be so dead it won't even attempt to turn a starter motor.

have you tested the batterys health? you can still charge a goosed battery and it wont start.

I’ve ordered a brand new battery and installed it sounds a lot better I took spark plug out checked it and definitely good sparks, wet it with some fuel and placed it back in but bike still won’t start

ok good but not sure why youd wet it?

earths and ground wires are the good and clean?

could be a shortening of a wire, check connectors and loom.

If you had to wet the spark plug ( which is a bit pointless anyway) then I'd assume it was looking dry after you'd tried starting it.

After cranking if an engine doesn't fire the plug should usually be wet from unburnt fuel so it sounds like a fuel related issue.

What about the kill switch next to the throttle, is it off?

Doesn’t have a kill switch or a kickstand mechanism

I’ve taken it to a mechanic he’s unwilling to work on it as he charges £65 an hour and believes he’ll spend too long on it and rip me off if he ends up not fixing it but he believes it’s low compression not anything else so I’m getting a compression kit and checking the psi he says he can hear spark and it’s turning over and it’s getting fuel
