oudafuq Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 Bought myself an ultimate addons phone mount and case this week also. I had one years back for my iPhone 5 and was brilliant in all weathers so it was my natural choice to fit on the triumph. the later ones seem to have more clasps to keep the water out and feel more rugged over all My only negative comment is they no longer come with the battery lead with the switch, just a usb lead now Still good value in comparison with other brands though 3 Quote
daveinlim Posted March 31, 2024 Posted March 31, 2024 I've used UA for years. The clear screen can still be used as a touchscreen. I did consider a quad lock. Although my phone is fully waterproof, when the screen is wet it makes using the screen really difficult so it's useless in the rain. I ride all year around so UA made sense. Also a lot of YouTubers have discount links for them. 1 Quote
Mississippi Bullfrog Posted April 1, 2024 Posted April 1, 2024 I've just bought one of these. I'm quite impressed with it so far. The handle bar mount is very robust but it's not quick to swap between bikes so I need to buy a second mount for the other bike. Quote

Simon Davey Posted April 1, 2024 Posted April 1, 2024 I have this, I can mount my UA phone mount or satnav on it. It replaces one of the handlebar screws/bolts. Genuine RAM-B-367U 1" BALL MOTORCYCLE BASE WITH HOLE AND M8 SCREW - BEWARE FAKES | eBay Quote

mealexme Posted April 2, 2024 Posted April 2, 2024 I've also got an ultimate add-ons but found it expensive. The only other issue I found is if you get a phone specific waterproof case, you can't fit your phone, plus phone case in it Quote
bonio Posted April 4, 2024 Posted April 4, 2024 Yup. I've been sticking phone plus case in my ua holder without an issue... until the clasp snapped off. The nice is I could buy a pack of replacement clasps for £3.50 and fix it. Quote
