Haven't used one, but in this picture below , it's looks a little too large to fit under the seat.

However, I know for sure that some guys on here have bought something similar.

Not a tyre inflator, but I use a NOCO GB20 Boost starter. I stick it in the back box when I'm away, never had to use it on my own bike, but did use it on some fella's GSA at the ferry terminal last year.  Worked a treat and doesn't take up a great deal of space.  Bought used of Flebay, thus far happy, seems a good little unit.  As a bonus you can use it to recharge things like phones.  The tyre inflator I use came as part of the tyre repair kit I have which is the stop & go 6000.

gone a small one very similar to this from a local autofactors- was about £20-30. More than enough to start a 2ltr diesel and 3ltr petrol, used it for a 2.5ltr beemer, Daytona 955,  benelli 500 and a cbf125. No problems , small and very light. Comes with a small case that fits under the seat or topbox.
Only thing with the bigger nicco  is its bigger and much more expensive for little benefit unless your planning on using it very often (then I think buy a new battery or replace the electrical parts on the bike) or for garage shop floor work then ok but for an emergency and on a single bike it’s overkill.

Not that bad if you opt for used like I did, I paid £35 plus postage so I was pretty happy with that, came with the case as well.  just had a Quick Look on eBay and there's currently a couple of good deals there now.

My thinking is not so much for when on the road, it's for home.

My car tyre pump has died.

My Garage doesn't have power so pumping tyres has meant riding bike to car and using it's power to run pump.

If bike battery does end end up flat I don't need to remove battery too charge or move car to bike to jump start.

It may also run a 12v pump for emptying my dinghy.

Ah right, then why not, it's amazing how much power you can get from something like that.

Slightly too big for carrying on the bike but I bought a big noco and although they get good reviews I was a bit sceptical but having used it to start my van I'm not longer sceptical and it's still saying it's fully charged, I'm sure a bike size one for emergency use is fine.

That's the thing I have against the one above.  Some off the reviews says a few weeks later it was flat.

If it's going to be battery powered, it needs to work 6 months later when I actually need it.

If it's for keeping at home, have a look at Machine Mart.

I have a Clarke one that is about the size of a handbag, so too big for you. It starts my 24v lorry and tractor etc, but last week I used it to start my pickup truck, and it did so with ease, even though I hadn't charged it for over a year, and it read as 98% capacity.

I had to use mine again today as and it's my fault I had left the minivan too long and then went on holiday, went to start it today and barely a click

Put jump start on and it wouldn't detect battery so had first go with the override setting that turns off all safety and just allows power as required, started straight off and still says it's fully charged.
