you sure they havent sent you two tail pack instead of a tank bag ?
it looks a bit big to be a tank bag and wrong shape
take a look at the pic on M&P they look different

Its not a case of leverage to the get the bolt out that goes thu the pads. i dont think i used the right word. its like a long thin cylinder shape that goes thru the 2 holes at the top of the pad. Think ill jus av to wd40 its ass and hope for the best.
i know exactly what you mean with the pin like i say attach it to the bike so you can get leaverage on it
its easier to get out while its on the bike then on the floor or in your hand and less chance of damaging it
yes an exhaust can be welded if you have something to weld to you will probably find that around the area is really thin

sounds like you still have air in the caliper as the fluid will push it out
fluid is better then air
as for the rear caliper
stick it in a bag and spray loads of WD40 in there and leave overnight you will need to replace the brake pads if that doesnt work try giving the area a tap not too hard as its cast and can crack to get the bolt out attach it back to the bike to get some leaverage on it

I have up to size 32mm and I seriously don't think any bike would need a 32mm
36mm here for the suzuki's spindle nut

i dont see what odds what wiring system you have as the two wires go to your battery red to + black to -
unless you are taping in to the wiring so it only works with ignition on ??
-
main wire goes where that bolt is
hmmm brake cleaner "might" be ok for cleaning it out personally i wouldnt as its a very strong solvent
WD40 would be fine
my starter on my 4X4 makes some strange sounds and sticks after a good offroading session a good jetwash and WD40 sorts that out
-
found this in my favorites
must have been in there years
a word of warning though due to the amount of camera locations this does run really slow
-
sounds like the starter is sticking
carry a hammer to save your feet
take it off see if you can strip it clean it up and a bit of grease otherwise its a new starter
-
hmmm howden to driff some of my fave roads
shame my bikes off the road (no tax)
hope you have a good day craig and tomo will probs join ya

you dont need to take the loom to bits you could do it keeping the loom intact
you would have to buy new connectors for the bulbs some bigger wiring and a couple of relays
take the feed from the oe plug using a suitable spade connector to the relay simple
-
moved to pitstop
if your really concerned about burning the loom out then install a relay with thicker wiring and use the oe wiring to work the relay
there will be a little give in the wiring but the fuse is the first thing to go thats what its there for

exhausts can get hotter then 700 degress though
i have used the exhaust paint and it can be good if you do it right
give the pipes a right good clean the spray them and heat the paint by fitting to bike and running it read the tin on how to do it exactly
the only thing is it wont last forever and will probably need doing again in about a year but still worth it as it will keep must of the road salt away from the metal and stop a lot of corrosion
-
not sure what time i will be there yet i think the wife is coming along too
