    datatool system 3

you cant get hold of a manual for these as they are fitted by approved installers only it wouldnt be very secure if you could get a wiring diagram for them so its either leave it off or go to your nearest approved installer or take a gues with the wires
  4. never heard of it but then i wouldnt at this side of england never seen it mentioned on here any links or anything as to where abouts it is ?
  5. you can still ride the bike unrestricted after the 2 year period you dont have to send it off straight away but i would send it off when you get chance

    overheating?

or the coolant is boiling you are putting a coolant mix in arent you and not just water ? water will boil where as coolant raises the boiling point and aids cooling too
  11. pump the lever and hold as normal when bleeding put a rag around the lines/bolt and undo it just a little till you see fluid and the lever goes to the bar keep hold of the lever and nip the bolt back up fluid wont squirt everywhere

    overheating?

look at the back of the radiator for a fan look at this one on ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Kawasaki-GPZ500S- ... 286.c0.m14 you will hear the fan come on you could always start it and let it run till it comes on to make sure it works chances are its ok and you havent noticed it before

    overheating?

keep an eye on it if it goes in to the red then stop does the fan cut in ? if it has been warmer when you noticed it then thats probably why mine can get up to 111°c before the fan comes on

    overheating?

is it actually going in to the red ?
  15. have you tried cracking the top banjo bolt whilst holding the lever in ?
  16. you still have air in the system somewhere it can be a right twat to get out of some calipers
  17. http://www.racevisors.co.uk/category/vi ... arai-ltype get a dark visor you can see no problem also get the free visor pouch to carry your clear visor for when it gets too dark
  18. ive just stripped and cleaned all my calipers on my bike i should have done a step by step guide as its the same principle ie remove the banjo bolts catch the fluid and bleeding back up!! the hardest part is bleeding them up i use a couple of syringe's and fill it from the bottom up but all this does is get fluid in the system which makes life easier then bleed them up as normal as for the chain and sprockets the hardest bit is removing the front sprocket nut which i use an impact gun for and it always come off easy with one of them then when you come to fitting the chain you have to make sure the soft link is done correctly otherwise you risk the chance of the chain coming apart
  19. im guessing this is on the sv ? and you was using a stand that has cups that sits under the forks? if you look at the forks on the sv they taper off on both sides so when you try to lift it the stand just slides off you have to get someone to lift the front up as you put the stand under thats what i had to do with our kids sv but it went on and stayed on
  20. either are as good as each other just remember to use the rear one at the same time otherwise the bike can go over
  21. any luck with this Mr
