    wheel balancing

most places wont balance a tyre without you saying so as it costs extra or they should atleast ask first i dont always balance them but have had the front end wobble due to a un balanced wheel im a big believer in that the rear is a waste of time due to the fact that as soon as you put that huge lump on the side called chain and sprockets its out of balance again i have seen wheels way out of balance and have to have a fair amount of weight on Stu

  6. Had a nice little ride today went from my house up towards withernsea which is a nice twisty road all the way there with a lot of blind corners then from there across to Hornsea which again is nice and twisty and some really tight corners then on to driffield which again is full of tight turns and twistys with a couple of narrow single lane bridge's thrown in to add to the fun was going to do the same route back as it ends up going back towards vicki's but got a little side tracked!!! as I came from driffield I came to the cross roads in beeford witch I have to cross the main road that runs to brid I was going straight across there was a car opposite waiting to turn to their right so coming across my path also a car coming from my right on the main road turning right in to the road where I was heading across the path of the car waiting! you with me ? all clear for the car on the main road to turn all clear for me to start heading across so the car turns right i start to move off so i would end up behind the car when the car waiting to turn right across my path sets off and drives straight in to the side of the car turning in front of her she slowed down as if she was going to stop and then just drove off!!! so I thought sod that I came across the front of the car she hit and let him know i was going after her caught up with her told her to turn back as she has just left the scene of an accident which is illegal to which she replied "I have to get my dog to vets" she point blank refused to turn round so snapped a shot of the front of the car with phone and headed back to the other car to let him know gave him my phone number and the reg of her car so he can ring the police just hope they get the bitch and screw her over hate people like this

    Rear End Judder at Speed

i would look at the chain tension first of all get someone to help you someone sat on the bike with weight on the seat so rear suspension is loaded and check the tension chains get tighter under tension also check for any stiff links also think about getting the rear wheel balanced again it could have thrown a weight or had a tyre fitted and not balanced and the old weights left on check bearings too ps pop in newbies and introduce yourself Stu
