  4. You will probably find its a generic chain and sprocket set and you are supposed to check the chain length before fitting and make it the right length if need be It's pretty common for companies to supply a couple of links extra!

    yup sealey tools are pretty good not the best and certainly not the worst but they are good enough
  7. hook it up to a car you will be surprised at how much easier they start if your battery isnt in tip top condition you dont even have to have the car running also it saves draining your battery if its been laid up and battery went flat then it could be the battery is stuffed coupled with stale fuel and possibly damp plugs from trying to start it hook it up give it a go if no joy pull the plugs clean em up dry them out new fuel and it should go

  9. is that all ? i would look at a replacement battery sounds like its on its way out!! i get up to 8 hours on mine lowest been 6!! keep an eye out on ebay as akey says i got mine for £80 best £80 ive spent for the bike i also use a program called TYRE (Trace Your Route Everywhere) great program that you can plot routes with google maps and load them on to tomtom im sure akey uses that too?? so does Dan

    get them cleaned up remove all the loose steel aroung the holes and go see a welder looking at the pics i wouldnt touch them with a welder but then its hard to see with pics start searching ebay for another set or sell your soul for a brand spanking new stainless set

  15. If it is carb icing, you can get some stuff from silkoline which stops it. yup pro FST

  17. could do depends on how its wired up it could all be tied in with the cut off switch some bikes will allow it to turn over with the cut off switched flicked to off but not start!! whats the mileage on the bike? and when was it last serviced?
  18. check the wiring to the ignition barrell is the first thing i would do

  21. yes you are put the balls of your feet on the pegs leaving your feet clear of the brake you will be surprised at how quick you can move your foot when you need the brakes

  23. carb heaters only help they dont prevent carb icing

    Exhaust & Paint.

    you will find that you have to run the bike to make the paint go off properly and leave it to cool to harden you only have to leave it on idle for a bit to do this not actually ride it the paint will have still been soft and mud will easily stick to it

    I've never heard of them and I don't think I would use them off ebay why not try M&Please or someone like that
