carbs arent easy mate without the right tools and the know how its not as simple as changing the jets there is also the needles to think about and the needle height i know of someone selling some vac gauges if your interested i will ask him how much if you like balancing the carbs will have no effect on the fueling issue though

he will need an impact gun to make life easy it can be done with a breaker bar but can be a pain in the ass i have an electric impact gun witch are cheap enough from machine mart and they are a good bit of kit they are only £20 - £30 a chain splitter/riveter will cost you around £60 though

sounds like the carbs are gummed up from been sat they need stripping and a good clean with carb cleaner i would not ride it with the revs so high!!!

it depends on the switch some release the switch when you pull the leave some push the switch when you pull the lever

its a V twin thing get used to it

ps go with the smooth hammerite

actually it does need baking on it says that on the tin the baking is part of the hardening process and i would not recomend you do it in the oven as the fumes are crazy

tried replacing batteries in the key fob ?
