must say at 100mph with hand on the deck sliding they only burnt through a little not bad for a pair of £40 gloves -

hein gericke's own make they are great cost about £40 i had some but i paid £90 for the ones i have now -
heres mine its a solid peice of 10mm thick steel about 8 inch long 2 holes drilled in the bottom as you can see you bolt to the floor with rawl bolts with alan key head then get some ball bearings that are slightly bigger then the alan key holes and hammer them in the top of the bolts to stop them been drilled and when you slot your chain through they cant get in anyway as the chain is in the way http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r71/stu_m_photos/03082008008.jpg http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r71/stu_m_photos/03082008007.jpg

if your only getting a click then that is your starter relay you usually get that with a flat battery check the battery and see if its charged or just stick it on charge to make sure

i know a few people who have melted straps and luggage with under seat exhausts thats why i pointed out ventura they use a rack which bolts to your subframe and everything is clear of your exhaust and you dont have to use extra straps on them -

have a good look around the site mate all the info is on there it wont go anywhere trust me 8) a mate has a ducati 998 and uses this system when he goes to spain via all over!! he has seen 170mph on his clocks and nothing moves and you cant even tell its there -

have you got a camera ? take some pics of each side of the carb and someone will point out what to turn

no its not a safety feature its just the way the gears are in the gearbox

the majority of bike you have to let the clutch out between gears plus its wise to then your not in the wrong gear for accelarating if you need to

are you trying to change from say top down to 1st all in one go without letting the clutch out ? if so it cant be done you have to let the clutch out ideally between every gear change

your tick over will want adjusting on the carb to stop it cutting out look for a little turn wheel attached to the carb

nah i wouldnt get a bracket unless it clamps to the phone and your bike if you do find one like that let me know
