I’m PXing my bike on Saturday (potentially next week) and the value of the trade-in is at 3250. looking at the BMW invoice I got for the bike, it has reduced the original price from 6500 to 6000. Now the dilemma: I got a buyer who wants to pay more than the 3250 and enough for me to take a 3 hour train ride instead of riding my bike there. Do we think they’ll be happy if I tell them I have cash instead or are they expecting to easily turn a profit and as such will increase the bike price back to original? (6000 > 6500)

Put new front brake pads in - but didn't have a C clamp and pushed the pistons back as good as I could was a fight getting the actual new pads in... little pin to hold it in place, is it on the err... side too. Ordered a C clamp and will do it again then
