  1. I don't at the moment, but I'm taking it out tomorrow, I'll get a picture then. The bike was "decked" on the left side before I bought it, I'm wondering if that centre stand lever is bent?
  2. They seem so important to me. I won't even cold start unless it's on centre stand, or I'm sitting on it before using the side stand. Cleaning the chain must be a real pain without a centre stand.
  3. Why have I never used it before! Cleaned my bike tonight (Vulcanet wipes) and thought it looked good after a buff. Then thought I'd give the Demon Shine a go. Strewth, it had a jet type spray or a mist. Just used the mist very lightly and gave it a buff Absolutely astonished at the extra shine I got, and the silencers look like new! Just literally spray on, and buff away.
  4. I've been out there giving it a clean and a shine. Then had a few practice goes at getting it on the centre stand. There's a specific handle (not the pillion) but it's a bit tight for my fingers. Still, I'll keep trying until I get the technique correct.
  5. Paying at the pump seems quite popular, at least that way there's no embarrassing screaming over the tannoy about removing the helmet etc. I think I need more centre stand practice too.
  6. I don't blame you, that's a gorgeous machine. Hope it serves you well.
  7. No idea, I've only filled it twice I shall have to fill it on the side stand for comparison.
  8. Thanks guys, much appreciated.
  9. Thanks for the reply. I think because it's so darned heavy, and because I'm out of practice, I usually take a couple of pulls to get it into the stand. As I'm doing so, it rocks about whilst coming up. I should say, I rock it about whilst I try to pull it up.
  10. I do like to have it on the centre stand so I can get it brim-full, but it's a bitch for me to get on the stand, and it always gets my heart racing because it feels like it's going to fall over. Whilst that's something I need to deal with, how do you guys do it? Do you sit on the bike and keep it upright to fill it, or maybe just leave it on the side stand and not get that extra 25ml in the tank?
  11. Flippin' 'eck, that's sweet. Not sure I'd trust myself to go near it, from fear of smudging that shine.
  12. We knew that all along, we were just waiting for you Well done @Capt Siskogood shout.

Welcome to the forum. At 38 years old, I'm not sure that you're old enough to ride a motorcycle
  14. My first thought was also exhaust bracket. What about Footrest/gear lever bracket? I'm only guessing, but one of the holes looks worn, and suggests a moving part? Maybe a kickstand bracket? All guesses, of course.
  15. Sounds like a great way to spend a day!!
  16. I've found just switching to Halfords 150% brighter makes a huge difference. I chuckle to myself that I have the same light output frome my bike, that I do from my pickup truck. (2x H4).
  17. I hope they sound as classy as they look.
  18. Either way up, that's an impressive view.
  19. What! Snow? We've got miserable rain, getting fed up with the wet ground.
  20. Is there Karaoke though? Cake, Karaeoke, and beer would be a perfect Friday
