Isn't the front tyre of the Norton on back-to-front, wrong rotation direction? The tread is going to funnel water into the middle instead of away from it?

Thanks for sharing, it's been quite the restoration lesson, mostly "leave it where you found it". Seriously though, well done, you clearly have "proper" mechanical knowledge and skill.
