  1. Thanks, sorry, missed Hoggs post.
  2. Whoooooooop...... Got my first two tags today. The first was via the roughest roads imaginable, and was very testing, but actually made it a great ride. I was questioned by one of the villagers at Ashdon, "And who might you be?" I think she regretted asking as I put on my posh village accent and excitedly whipped out my number, then trying not to behave like a school boy who'd just scored his first goal, I explained what I was doing. Transpires she'd hoped I was from the council checking the state of the roads. Oh the irony. So, how do I work out the points thing?
  3. East of England Ashdon Village Museum ---- Waheeeeeey, my first tag. The Blue Egg
  4. Have a cider for the rest of us @rennie
  5. Ah right, darn, what to do now...... Sell it with a musty liner
  6. Is this for speed? If so, do you have a phone mount on your bike? I use a speedometer app by Cool Niks, it's excellent, and worth paying for the ad free version.
  7. This might be where a hand wash would be suitable.
  8. 64 miles today, first ride in almost 3 months. All on country roads. I was actually quite nervous. I wore my new Nolan which pushes my glasses into my nose, but I'm sure it's my bulky jacket. Roads were really bad, I went after a couple of challenge tags and the Zumo tried to take me off road at one point, resorted to Google maps. Still, I was out for 3 hours, managed a couple of naughty red lines, and once I'd relaxed, I had a fantastic time. Freaking love my bike. EDIT: Should have posted this in the "with" your bike.
  9. Maybe you could be a mobile van? But business wise, it would take a massive effort to get sales in, and it would be difficult to make sure customers kept their appointments.
  10. I popped in to Reiten just now..... @bud To be fair, it's not official, but if they get a good enough deal, they could be Voge dealers by the summer.
  11. I'd pay for pro cleaning... BUT: The pain in the rrrse packing and posting would stop me.
  12. Yes indeed, everybody loves it here, but everybody seems to hate us from afar.
  13. I feel a little to blame, it seems with my post elsewhere, I've attracted "a wrong 'un"......
  14. Which is most countries.....
  15. Many thanks good people. Looks like a hand wash is in order, and possibly in baby shampoo. Then, I'll probably sell that sweet smelling shiny helmet.

    Introduction

    Welcome to the forum @2197
  17. Switching comm's over to my new helmet last night, and realised after 3000 miles, that it was a bit grubby. A bit nervous about just popping the liner in the washing machine though.
  18. Remember to put your new address on here, then we can all pile around and drink your beer Of course, wishing you the best of luck with the move.
  19. Maybe consider the Honda Crossrunner?
  20. Fingers tightly crossed.
  21. I'm glad you said "up to" 300, I reckon I must burn at least 30 Seriously though, I'm always buzzing for at least two hours when I return from a ride out. I absolutely love it.
