SPAM ALERT I've been listening to my bands new track "> I've also been getting into a band called the 1975. They're really groovy and really can play live! ">

Seeing if they work this way........ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UkekZ0tSD1Q Edit: Success! They don't embed when they are in a playlist on Youtube. You have to find them on their own

223 miles from me I'll give it a miss but I'll meet y'all one day

Mine too, that's why I don't have the stuff

If you can get any armour you want, check out the Rukka APS stuff. When I was buying my gear, the guy showed me the armour upgrades. It's impressive stuff. Really flexible so is supposed to be really comfy, but goes hard on impact. He got me to punch it and it definitely went hard. Hurt a little. I can't afford it at the moment, but it looked decent. http://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcy ... prod/97635 Good luck sorting this out - I'm sure anyone who is good at sewing and stuff could sort the pockets out

Update, finally had time to sort the laptop out, booted it up and there was a crunching noise, then the fan went back to normal Anyway, back to boasting about what computers we've built

I know it's unlikely . They can earn more money if the only way to get the part is through them Wish I didn't need a Mac. I hate Apple as a company.

Thanks very much! I've got some free time tomorrow so I'll take a look then.

Should be no issue. If I remember rightly, I think they have a heating element between a layer of plastic and the layer of rubber, so there is insulation between the element and the bar. Plus they don't get that hot anyway.

Tail pack vs top box??
Benn replied to christoph93's topic in Clothing, Luggage, Accessories and Security
Top boxes are good and secure. If you can afford one, get one I keep my boots, trousers and gloves in mine all day when I'm in college and don't have to worry. A tail pack is a burden when you're off the bike whereas the top box lets you carry less. -
The fan in my macbook pro just packed in - it rattled loudly then died Anyone know where I can get macbook parts so I don't have empty my wallet into the thieves at apple's back pocket? I've searched around and the best I can find is a company that sells them second hand over in the states.

Because if you're my age, the insurance would be about 3000. That's got to be enough for a year supply of train tickets, especially with a young persons railcard... Or a motorbike with insurance

Don't have much first hand experience, just saying what I've heard The ones I've seen on Chinese 125's and a lot of those are really brittle but they seem to vary from bike to bike for some reason.

"> I'm assuming they're Chinese fairings? From what I've heard, they can be brittle and difficult to fit but are good for the money. Welcome to the forum, feel free to stick around

Congrats mate Sorry to shit all over your thread, but... I hate the lack of consistency with the bike tests at the moment. By the time I've obtained my full license, I will have had to of done a minimum of two tests (very costly) and have been riding a minimum of 4 years. But if you're over 24, it takes a week to get your license.

This is the monster that we call a cat. To put it into perspective, that's a large folder (bigger than A4) behind him. http://sphotos-e.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/1231223_620002021366059_1800407633_n.jpg http://www.pearldrummersforum.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=437857&d=1352378142

The price seemed ridiculous but after reading up on it and trying it on, it seemed reasonable. Then once I found out about the warranty, I was sold. 5 years Rukka warranty where if anything gos wrong with it, you get the jacket either fixed or replaced and in the meantime you get a loan jacket sent to you and the Gore Tex life time warranty seems to mean if it stops being waterproof ever, they'll sort it. Seems pretty good value!

I've been saving hard for the last few months and had got together £350 for a better jacket as my old one wasn't waterproof, was cold and I'm pretty sure it would have disintegrated in an accident. Had finally decided on what to get and was about to leave to go buy it when my mum offered me another £300 to get the matching trousers, which was completely nuts. Can't thank her enough for that. Looks like I'll be staying toasty and dry this winter! http://sphotos-h.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/1209177_619808641385397_123047805_n.jpg I'll do a little review when I've worn it in some harsher weather, which I suspect will be soon

I'm in Fareham On a 125 at the moment but if you're going out for a mid paced jaunt to Loomies or whatever, I'd be down for a ride out.
