Dunno where you're getting that idea from Al, to date I've never had to be recovered from the roadside on any of my bikes, even the German and Chinese ones... I always catch the faults before they get that bad and fix them up! If anything my problem has always been that I'm too ruddy thorough and sometimes start 'fixing' them when they could probably stay on the road quite happily And besides, the KLX certainly isn't in danger of needing any repair work at all - runs just lovely The only way I can see myself needing the RAC is if my front tyre gets shredded on bits of Bandit in the road... To be honest, if you want one of those bike in reasonably good nick, you're gonna have to be prepared to travel when a good deal comes up! The two bikes I've bought second hand were 132 and 158 miles away - rode the first one home myself and had the second delivered to me, someone local from the forum went and looked it over for me first (cheers again Mark!) Isn't worth waiting around for a good deal to come up in your area, have to snap them up wherever you find them (within reason, maybe not if it's north of the border )
