  1. They are supposed to be changing the hazard perception to be completely CGI. Not sure when though. I had a few clips to look at and review at the end of my theory test 12 months ago. Thought they were easier as there was only one or two potential hazards as opposed to lots going down a real high street.
  2. Think that most people would agree and say that it is easier than the MOD 1. Good luck.
  3. More reps IMHO.
  4. Insurance ombudsman if you believe the policy was not fit for purpose......but surely the excess would have been very clear on the quote and policy documentation?
  5. Tapatalk android app. [GRINNING FACE WITH SMILING EYES]
  6. .....or can get insured for! [GRINNING FACE WITH SMILING EYES]
  7. Oh, I'm over 6' tall and find the seat not too low at all.
  8. haha, nice. whats the fuel like on it? price of full tank / how long it lasts? Also, where are the pictures! i do love the triple, but im not a massive fan of two things on the 'R' - The rear number plate holder - The Headlights Do you find the seat low? according to the specs ive seen its 32" high. Just sounds low to me. I have got a13MY and on average get just over 60mpg. So tend to fill up towards the 200 mile mark. The good thing about the Street is that you can just bimble along if you wish but have a lot of ponies there if you want or need them! Looks wise, there is very little difference between the R and non-R. The pictures are the Street Triple forum! [GRINNING FACE WITH SMILING EYES]
  9. Did my DAS with 1on1 Training at Barton le clay with Martyn. I'd recommend them. Go straight into DAS IMHO. It shouldn't be much more than £500 to get you full A licence all things being equal. Did my DAS in march/April and the got Street Triple R. You will not be disappointed! Great bike.
  10. Download the Camrider app. £2 or so and has 99% of the questions on the test. Google hazard perception and do loads of the free ones. Learn from your errors and you'll do fine.
  11. +1 on what Tango said. Redo your CBT and then do DAS when you turn 24. Simples!
  12. Yep....just Cat A. Cat A will trump A1 and A2.
  13. Wouldn't be much difference between the 500cc and 600cc....take the 600cc and get your full A licence. I found the 600cc easier to ride (especially in the slow manoeuvres) than the 125cc. Sounds like its just confidence you are lacking. Those 3 hours tomorrow should help no end and then a couple of hours before your test.
  14. Another 3 hours tomorrow should get you into the correct frame of mind. Good luck.
  15. Congratulations......great feeling isn't it?
  16. Pragmasis is good stuff. Their www is security for bikes.com. Anything that is Sold Secure Gold or Thatcham approved should be okay.
  17. That's about right in my book. Standard practice and fees.
  18. Taking a wrong turn should not matter providing that it was done safely. Safely being the key word. ie, you were in the correct lane/positioned correctly for the wrong turn you had taken.
  19. If its any consolation, the Mod 2 is so much easier compared to the Mod 1. Nerves play a very big part in the Mod 1 IMHO. All about keeping it together and remember everything you have been taught.
