  1. There is a reason why just about every says "don't buy a Chinese bike, get a 2nd hand Jap bike", because so many people get caught in this trap. I would suggest you find and go and chat to the mechanic/bike shop that you are going to get your repair work done through and ask their advice on buying a new Chinese or 2nd hand Jap bike. Good luck with your choice, but don't back on here whingeing and whining when the 5 year warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on and your wondering why it takes months to get parts shipped from China and your bike spends more time off the road than on it!
  2. Not retiring, just a change of employer!
  3. Gear oil. Little and often.......and its as cheap as chips!
  4. You need to do a Subject Access Request (SAR). It should cost you a maximum of £10 (I think) and they should supply all the information that they hold on you/the subject matter. Google it. Sent from my SM-T715 using Tapatalk

  6. Had one and returned it. Battery life wasn't good. If you get the extra battery pack there is an issue with turning it on and off. Ended up with a ION camera. Found this one much better than the Bullet R+. Sent from my SM-T715 using Tapatalk
  7. The security is pretty insane, but just easier to do a little bit of revision and pass the thing with flying colours. Easier to pass it property rather than try and cheat your way through it. Sent from my SM-T715 using Tapatalk
  8. Examiners have been known to use a car instead of a bike too. Just follow the above advice....it's all good. Sent from my SM-T715 using Tapatalk
  9. My instructor told me the same thing I was told the same. Sent from my Wileyfox Storm using Tapatalk
  10. Paid version of the Camrider App. Has 99% of the questions on it. Well worth the few quid. Sent from my SM-T715 using Tapatalk
  11. General thought was that you can go as wide as you want on the figure of 8. Should be inside a painted box if there was limitations IMHO. Sent from my SM-T715 using Tapatalk
  12. I have hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (well, I carry the gene and have the enlarged heart). Only got a positive diagnosis after running 80 marathons! That was then knocked on the head immediately. Not on any medication or anything as yet but have a yearly check up with probably the UKs leading sports cardiologist. Unfortunately I have passed the faulty gene onto my daughter too which is the worst part of it all.
  13. Yup, that's why you use a little! Simples......eh? [GRINNING FACE WITH SMILING EYES]
  14. Gear oil is the best that I have used. Little and often. Cheap as chips too.
  15. Gear oil. Little and often. Cheap as chips and a litre lasts you a long long time.

Pretty certain you can download the instruction booklet from their website.
  17. Went straight into DAS. Failed Mod 1 at my 1st attempt, passed on my 2nd. Passed Mod 2 1st time. Took 2 weeks start to finish and got myself a nice Street Triple R for my 1st bike. That was over 18 months ago. They only go as fast as you make them go! Had a car licence for about 25 years prior and had a road legal quad for 5 years before getting my full A licence too!
  18. There's no law to say you can't have 2 bikes...... No, that's the wife!
  19. Online is very easy. Wouldn't give the Post Office £10 for something you can easily do yourself.
  20. Think just about everyone finds it easier. Good luck.
  21. Nice one, well done. Get yourself onto the Triumph Street Triple forum!
