    I tried to switch so HSBC and they screwed up the move as well as misled me on a mortgage. They could offer me £200,000 and I wouldn't touch them ever again.

    Bill gates is worth $84.1 billion. He has donated $28 billion, but that is over 13 years, so each year he donates $2.15 billion, or 2.6% of his wealth. I would prefer to see him pay tax at say 40%. I would also prefer not to have to wait till he is dead to see the rest redistributed via an incredibly wealthy charity. My initial response was probably more curt than needed. Been suffering a concussion so like a bear with a sore head and was more pissed with Oxfam than you.

    In Bradley Stoke my mortgage is 550 a month. Renting my house would be near twice that. Bloody ridiculous.

    Shame then that Gates puts billions into his trust fund with his wife that helps all those people in Africa. And has stated he plans to put into charity about 99% of his wealth. Need to stop reading the bullshit Oxfam reports I think. And Oxfam actually should get on with their charity work than creating such rubbish.

    200k. I'd be paying my parents back first for the loan they did to help me buy the house and then the mortgage. If I won the lottery I'd be getting my sister sorted with a decent place to live too. And her DAS sorted.

    I'm lucky in that the gf lets me do my own thing with extra money as I earnt it. So long as the bills are all covered first I get a lot of leeway.

    I will try make it. I imagine my ass will be sore after as it's 2 hours 20 to get there. Serves me right for getting a sports bike.

    I have an 8 month old who loves looking at my bike (tears if you sit her on it, probably cos she then can't see it). I have had motogp, bsb and wsbk on enough she recognises the noise with her back to the TV and will turn to see the bikes. Will sit and watch them as well if she can. I plan to get a suzuki ecstar balance bike for her soon so she can match daddy.
