  4. 500m stretch of oil from one bike. Took out 6 others. Another rider is pretty badly hurt alongside the fatality. I know the sports dangerous but how did someone drop oil for that far? Some questions to be asked i feel. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

  9. Lyme Regis area then? I know when some one is choosing to be that vague about there location its great fun guessing.... Lyme is the middle of the Jurasic coast, so my guess was further East than that. IN my case the New Forest seems to satisfy most, if pushed I normally give a Neighbouring Village name just to keep some anonymity. It can make you look like a stalker though, as some one pointed out when I could say where there Profile pictures where taken by recognising the scenery then guessing where they lived within a couple of streets.... Even thought the town they gave was alittle distance away [emoji38] New forest is further east than Poole so wouldn't of gone that way for the Jurassic coast. I used to live by Lyme Regis and know bikers down there so they would of asked them for ideas. It's a recognisable name for the area hence why i used the word area. But people can always shoot me down in flames as well...
  10. Oooh amazing! Sadly about an hour from Poole/Bournemouth, close to the Jurassic coast so probably quite far from you! Lyme Regis area then?
  11. I'm approaching old git age rather rapidly it feels so i did CBT in June 2003 and A license in May 2015. I avoided all this progressive license stuff!
  12. Bet my stalling session when i first rode my 125 home with no geared training was better. 20 in a row till i revved hard, dropped the clutch and wheelied off the line almost falling off. Now i can do gears no problem all these years later. Can't bloody wheelie if i tried though... The instructor and ex where knobs. Keep at it, there's some lovely roads in Dorset/Devon area of the coast. Kinda miss them
  13. I've never had an issue with pinlock. It's certainly made rain or colder weather riding easier as well for me.
  14. Make sure you download the area you want before you go (I have 2 set up that cover most of the south of england they automatically update over Wifi). Then it works better although when it sees the internet it may well re route you, because of traffic... True, my statement covers most people who don't know the tech or apps as well.
  15. I like Probike in Newbury but may be a bit of a trek.... They are near Newbury train station though. Otherwise look at www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk. i really recommend Knox gloves, otherwise look at rst I'd say.
  16. Even Google maps will struggle without internet. I like what i see so far though, have an excuse to buy a small tank bag now!
  17. Going to get permission later today I hope.

  20. Just don't do this: "> Well done cockercas, if you are ever at castle combe, I'd be interested in coming and having a squiz. Ouch that looked painful! Dislocated hip and knee, 3 leg fractures and 3 pelvic fractures I believe. His heel dug into the earth as it was wet in the previous days.
