  2. I think stoner wants to take on marquez. I still remember being at Silverstone in 2011 when it was wet and stoner sliding the Honda sideways out of club. Second a lap quicker than anyone else.... Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  3. Both Andrea's gone and stoner back on the Duke. Well one can dream. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  4. Pissy world is full of incompetent twats. I was in one a few years ago for a splitter to put 2 headphones into 1 Jack. Guy came up and asked what I was after, proceeded to lead me round the store before declaring they didn't have any. I walked back to where I had been stood and grabbed the one I had been looking at when he walked up.... Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

    cornering.

    I hope this is a simple way to explain counter steering for anyone not sure.... but I might cock up my explanation: Don't think about it that much. I find when I shift my body weight towards the inside of the corner to counter the bike wanting to fly the other way, it naturally puts more pressure on the bar. We all have it built in, the difference is our confidence. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  6. Congrats. Mine arrives in the next week or so and I still have my bike. Missus won't make me get rid of it but I imagine she just wants me to be sensible. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

    My first thought was wayback machine. Seems to have most things but it clearly didn't get time for this page! Got the first post though if anyone wonders what Shorty was on about: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:2dkiDafMH7AJ:www.themotorbikeforum.co.uk/viewtopic.php%3Ff%3D2%26t%3D60042+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
  8. I'm so screwed aren't I? Though my little one seems to be going for the hardway. Another ultrasound at 38/39 weeks as a precaution Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

  16. Have you tried them at all? Because Alpinestars are the most comfortable boots I ever had. Way better comfort than RST and even more expenisive ones like Dainese. A* also have one of the best protection as well. I have crashed in them and can vouch for that. I haven't even tried one on in all honesty, but when the shop owner (Custom Lids - Newcastle) showed me the difference fro the Alpinestars to the other brands... it convinced me. My alpinestars seem no more flexible than my rst boots and I use both. Have also used sidi. If anything the alpinestars have the most secure fit as you have an internal boot you have a pull cord on and then the external zip and ratchet fastener. I originally hated alpinestar boots as they were too dam big and bulky hence sold my first pair. Reluctantly tried a new pair on advice of my bike shop and they sold me on fit and feel.
  17. I guess the full quickshift they now have works.
