Any suggestions on a decent backpack that is waterproof so can keep clothes dry in the wet? Don't want to break the bank on it, but I should be able to commute more on the bike in future.

When I am taking dual action cam feeds and want to blend them, I use lightworks. Insanely powerful software but a hell of a learning curve.

I wear matching boots, gloves and leathers. But I have been riding for 13 years and gone through the black stuff and saved up so I had the matching kit as I wanted it at least once in my life where I didn't look like a patchwork blanket. Doesn't match my bike as they are black white and a touch of fluo yellow. And I got the leathers before the motogp gsxr. So wasn't even trying for a bike match. However even on a 125 I wore black bike boots as I didn't want a shattered ankle. Or my foot several meters down the road from me.

Finally had my mortgage offer confirmed by NatWest on phone today so I should be in Bristol by end of January. Anyone over that way who fancies meeting up for rides? Easier to make contacts through this than stalk ever user [emoji12] Doesn't matter if you are on a 125 with L plates or riding a 1000 so long as you aren't a plonker

Yes so, picking up my 2000 GSXR 750 on Saturday morning. Yellow and black, it stalls occasionally when warm but starts up again straight away. I guess thats the fuel filter or breather filter. I'll get it in for a service anyway and hopefully that will get sorted. You will love the 750...

Currently contracting for a large American financial institution in the city of London. I have access to realtime trading data and other business sensitive data, so security is very tight. No USB access and no code allowed off work machines onto personal devices. These days my macbook is for private development projects or for keeping my skills sharp. I get home from a long day in the office, fire up the macbook and work on my own stuff. I have a few projects on the go mostly hosted on Google cloud platform. Loads of the Google stuff has excellent examples for the Mac which is another strong case for macs. I refuse to own an iPhone. Android all the way. Just got the new nexus 5x (had the 5 and 4 previously so I'm a big nexus fan) and downloaded the new version of android studio to have a play about - runs flawlessly on the Mac. No self respecting IT person should own a locked down device like an iPhone IMO! An no time for games - games take up valuable coding time!! How is the 5X holding up? Close to binning my HTC One M8.

I use a ghost and debating an external mic. I am damned if it looks waterproof when using the external mic though. Anyone able to comment on that?
