Did a 66 hour week last week. Finished Sunday night. Monday off. Just done x3 13 hour shifts.... Finish in the morning. Coast tomorrow night. Drink heavily all weekend and home to go to work Sunday night for the start of a 70 hour week...... Knackered and knackered some more

Ha ha a little coincidental. It will be fun to see if I get subtitled. Obviously for the foreign versions, but I have a suspicion I and a couple of others being interviewed who are from teesside will be subtitled for the UK version....lol

Good luck. I'm being filmed this afternoon via zoom for an internal works video concerning mental health. Bit nervous really. I'm a mental health ambassador at work and most on my plant know I have PTSD and are generally a bit cuckoo but this is going company wide. And I work for a multi national..... I think I'll open the recording with a pencil up each nostril....lol

Just had the best leftover tea ever. 3 day old iftar leftovers. Friend of Lisa, her mam. Home cooked various Indian cuisine. I love Ramadan round here. Get some right food given.

Firstly. Bikes are more dangerous. End of. Learning is difficult to quantify. To put it into context. I failed my car test 3 times before passing. I passed my bike test first time. But. I'd far more experience of riding a bike than a car prior to test. Because you are far more alert on a bike, I think your skill set only ever really improves. I do probably x10 more mileage a year in the car, but I'm a far better rider than driver.

Knackered. Just been for a run.... I am feeling old and fat. Reason being. I may have whilst drinking volunteered by services to a coastal union vets team. (You know the one @Stu) So I need to either get fit or stop drinking. And I like lager....

For a little more re assurance. My everyday helmet is a hjc. Different model to yours but it's still hjc (had 3 of them). I chose it over an Arai as I prefer it.
