  3. No but they do afford additional protection for the central body area.
  4. Could be something in tank that blocked the tap especially if the internal filter has got holes in it or been dislodged . It may have worked its way into the tap and switching it has dislodged the obstruction .may be worth draining the tank and inspecting the taps internals and give the tank a flush . Or, simply an air lock! Worth a check though.
  5. % wise, won't add too much more weight to t'Rocket!
  6. Was in the Rose & Crown, Old Park lane at the time - Never seem so many varieties of covert police vehicles - Like someone poked a stick in an Ant's nest! Sad that people (including French students on a visit) were killed / hurt. Question? Why was the Police Officer not wearing a 'stab vest' - Surely essential for duty officers at the Parliament building?
  7. Looks like Easter week will see me heading into the deep South West. Scotland may be July (must remember the 'midge cream').
  8. I have one! Also have the 'stubby' version.
  9. Hope you are still alive after what must have been a cracking birthday party!
  10. Search for the Forum user 'Throttled' and send him a PM - he may be close enough to help.
  11. Was not meant to be Cryptic - As you are a registered 'Tagger', I thought it would be obvious (I had forgotten the name )
  12. You can make a mould and then use resin - Or, Lotus (yes Lotus!) can make to order (cost circa $3,800 per unit {Unit = 100 items}).
  13. Been buying & selling on Ebay for years. Where there have been 'issues' - solved easily with no complaints. \
  14. Last Years' TAG in Shropshire is excellent!
  15. Offshore Sailing Teaching Bell Ringing Motorcycling Dominoes (5&3s) Electronics DIY Angling (Course of coarse) Real Ale Surviving
  16. Deja-vu (or some such saying!) Some folks suffer from a short -term memory loss issue!!! I use both Google and Cask Finder to locate pubs. Also, the Biker Guide can be quite helpful at times. Any pub that displays the local CAMRA guide will also list local (to that area) pubs, as does most of the 'trivago' style on-line search tools. Pubs can also be found by riding to other 'Tags' and spotting them en-route. Finally, there is the 'map' kindly uploaded by TMBF giving most of the pubs in the UK!
  17. Finished top once! I might (just might) do it again. As I will be 'retired' this summer, I might even get to complete Scotland Anyhoo - Good luck to everyone who is taking part.
  18. If not a loose/corroded holder or a loose connector at the indicator, it is likely to be a loose connection at the indicator relay.
  19. Could not resist it - weather was reasonable and I had just finished rebuilding the shaft drive (full maintenance check - no problems at all). You must also have spotted my new (Christmas Prezzie) Jacket! No problem about being 4th Throttled - Just good to be 'out and about' on t'bike again.
  20. From a standing start, GoG 'Rockets' into third place (or not if the scores were updated...). Anyhoo - A grand day out Gromit.
  21. And we are off..... The Lion The Wheatsheaf The George & Dragon The Coach House The Anchor The Bell The Victoria The Barley Mow The Queen's Head The Crown All ten pubs completed.
