  3. ssshhhhhhh don't ruin the surprise! Naa it's the knock on the door in the late hours. (Holding a map of the test route)
  4. I am now also confused about this! I'm guessing (incorrectly probably!) maybe it was a demo bike that the garage just kept on as a run around / courtesy bike? Damn. Just beat me
  5. The dealer is the registered keeper. May have been used as a demo bike, or loan bike.
  6. Yep that will help. There are also YouTube vids on how to make your own. But £27 seems reasonable.

  8. Well done. If your feet are still getting wet it is worth looking at over boots. M&P used to sell them.just a thought.
  9. Not all bike boots are waterproof. Check the labels or go GORTEX or similar if you can stand the extra cost.
  10. Edit. Used them for breakdown not missfueling
  11. Member with them through mayday recovery. Had to used them a couple of times for the car and been quick every time, never longer than 30 min.

  13. What's wrong with the Sun. Nice yellow orb in the sky, provides us with heat (occasionally) and light.
  14. If all the lights work and the horn, but engine does not turn over it might be the starter relay that has failed. If you have some "thick" wire you could short the two main terminals on the starter relay and see if that turns the starter. If that does not work could be the starter at fault. HTH.
  15. I wear a thin balaclava under the helmet. Which tend to prevent the helmet lining becoming wiffy. Between rides helmet kept in a warm place.
  16. You missed out pedestrians who cross on red pedestrian lights.
  17. Na. I think if needs a new cable
  18. Apparently there are no genuine accidents these days. There must always be someone at fault / to blame.
