You are correct but halfrauds call it a breaker bar. I confess I googled the Halfords web site to see it cause I thought the same as you.

Norton had success with their rotary engined bike. And Suzuki had a rotary in the 70's, but only the one model.

sounds like your butterfly is at a fixed setting then its will still be an air screw and yes altering it will adjust the idle the idle screw and the air screw both have an affect on the idle the air screw and the butterfly have the same affect they both allow air through I'll have a look around when I leave work for this air screw then... Alternatively... Stick a sock in the intake I guess! Now that's dangerous, sock could come out and get wrapped in the chain and lock the back wheel.

Great start JRH, I didn't have time for the local boozers today but will mop them up at some point..... Thanks CB999. The royal oak and white horse are close to warwick castle and the barley mow in Rugby, so a nice ride out. But a bit slippy in some places. -
I also had a trip out this morning which resulted with these and a starter for 40pts. did not see you about CB999. http://i454.photobucket.com/albums/qq266/jrh99/2016%20TMBF%20Hunt/6bc1dbde-5e71-4caa-8f28-48b49ad252d9_zps5kvtiaka.jpg http://i454.photobucket.com/albums/qq266/jrh99/2016%20TMBF%20Hunt/a1d8cc72-b9fa-41fe-a0d7-4081002c526e_zpsjeskalp2.jpg http://i454.photobucket.com/albums/qq266/jrh99/2016%20TMBF%20Hunt/aa1f91ed-8e5f-4f6c-b487-94d16ff290d9_zpsptdoyx3e.jpg http://i454.photobucket.com/albums/qq266/jrh99/2016%20TMBF%20Hunt/f6fb93f4-29ff-4e04-befd-8e30c35e7093_zps0sjuzkov.jpg

Thanks for the hard work involved with this "hunt". my first year at it and was a good incentive to get out while the OH was doing other things. Warwick castle was open but i did not try the tea shoppe. -

Yes, just going to cost a fortune in entrance fees. -
Would seem to be ok. Don't suppose the bearings have grease nipples fitted?

Have you been reading the national trust and English heritage guide books then! -
Could fit a Scott oiler.

Too true. When I was younger, stop tittering at the back. My aunts used to talk about the family but it was so boring then. Now I am somewhat older and researching the family tree I wished I had paid more attention. Same with old photos I have inherited, don't know who some of them are and no one left to ask.

Have a good Christmas and New Year everyone
