    Find a cafe or some other place for a drink and a bite to eat, then plot a route there and back. that will give you focus. I sometime go to a cafe 7 or 8 miles away but may go 50 mile to get there. This Fridays ride for a sandwich is about 50 miles each way.

    My GPX would only go into second gear when the rear wheel was moving, so rather than turning the clutch have you tried turning the drive cog.

    The only difference with sport adventure and touring I believe is the pattern on the grips. Don't think the size is and issue. I fitted a relay as Glorian suggests just to be on the safe side, but then i use the relay for other items as well.

    [mention]Westbeef[/mention] the main unit fits on the outside of the helmet. There is usually 2 methods, adhesive or mechanical clamp. The Mike and speakers fit in the helmet. The connection to the phone or sat nav is by Bluetooth, although you can have a wired connection.
