4. 1 Must do CBT before you can do any others. 2 CBT only lasts for 2 years then must be renewed unless you have passed a bike test, A1 A2 or A 3 Yes. Bike theory test is different to bike theory. 4 if you want to ride a geared bike test must be on geared. A pass on geared allows manual or Auto riding. Pass on an Auto and you are limited to Auto only. HTH
5. One forum I was on closed and relocated to a FB group. We lost all the technical how to and all the Kwack related historical knowledge. All the project pictures were lost as well Forums best IMO.
6. How many cables going to it and what are the cable colours. If 2 cables and 1 is brown, could be an accessory point which may or may not be ignition controlled, (believe Brown is earth on the BMs)
7. It may take into account how the bike is ridden, so Lateralus may be the next service is due now. (The service light on the car can be cancelled with a clutch brake ignition sequence or something like that )
8. There are usually a couple of self adhesive fittings, slightly curved and flat. these can stick to the helmets. I used one on the screen of my bike and its fine, still on after a good few months and at velocities up to the speed limit.
9. There is also this from the DVLA. Approved for use on the tests. ER6 with restriction https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/621858/Motorcycle-test-vehicle-list.csv/preview

13. Basically yes. The vacuum in the pipe lifts a valve in the reservoir and allows the oil to dip under gravity onto the chain. (simplified explanation) So remove the bung from wherever and refit with the adaptor being sent. This adaptor will either need to be fitted to the pipe from the reservoir or the whole part is sent. The an oil delivery pipe runs to the chain and a third pipe, Breather, runs to the free air. https://www.scottoiler.com/kb/article/vacuum-connections-general.html
14. First I find out you have a real name, and now a real job.... Nah he goes out on a Friday night and wakes up in the police cells after being detained drunk and disorderly for his own safety and is let out on Saturday morning.
15. Go for it Scott do detail install sheets for most models and they are pretty easy to do. If you can reach the throttle body for the vacuum tap off should not need to lift the tank. The reservoir goes high and as long as it is not horizontal will work. Mine is about 20 deg from horizontal. You seem to have a ready take off point for the vacuum so that's an easy fit. Mine was a cut pipe and insert "Tee" piece. Run the oil delivery pipe down and along the swinging arm to the outlet point, fixing examples are on the web site. prime the system and set to 1 drop per minute. All the necessary details are on the web site.
16. The OH is not into bikes so would not be appreciated if I sod off to Scotland to "play" on the bike. She would love to do the roads, which we have done, but in the car. the other route i would love on the bike is road through Applecross from A896. Again have done it in the car. But one day and then I would bike up.
17. Sounds like a good day out. My OH is from Aberdeen and the roads round Banchory, ballater,Braemar and Tomintoul are spectacular. Just wish I could get up there on the bike
18. So now you just remove the plug or whatever, and let it drain out onto the ground.
