  3. No one else in the office gives a hoot and just expects me to know everything. And they will just keep putting stuff they don't want to do off until eventually one of the high ups makes me do is as "they know I'll get it done" To amuse myself whenever someone calls my name today I am replying in a monotonous tone "The number you have dialled has not been recognised" people are leaving me along.. although my scissors and box cutter appear to have disappeared off my desk.....
  4. Love the little "oh come on, seriously" arm raise at the end!
  5. Excellent! Well done So started eying up bikes yet?
  6. Wow that's pretty cool. Shame it's probably just all going to rot away
  7. I'm genuinely intrigued can we have a pic when you're laden up?
  8. A Sunday school teacher is concerned that his students might be a little confused about Jesus, so he asks his class, "Where is Jesus today?" Steven raises his hand and says, "He's in Heaven." Mary answers, "He's in my heart." Little Johnny waves his hand furiously and blurts out, "He's in our bathroom!" The surprised teacher asks Little Johnny how he knows this. "Well," Little Johnny says, "every morning, my father gets up, bangs on the bathroom door and yells 'Jesus Christ, are you still in there?!'"
  9. Just strapping the wheels to your back then??
  10. The address is scontent.xx so maybe your work filters think it's normal porn not bike porn Looks good Phil
  11. defo not worth pushing on the roads and especially as at this time of year the tarmac tends to break up a bit more Also I have noted more rubbish about and having slid ever so slightly one wet day on a drain cover reminded me of all the stories of people binning it on squashed coke cans.....
  12. Unless you're a stormtrooper.

    Dead Ninja

We ran it up to temp and (with gloves on!) gave the pipes a squeeze and they seemed to be holding up ok but only checked the ones I could access with the fairing off. I've had a whole tank of redex'd fuel go through now and on to tank 2, it does seem to be running better (I am aware I have just cursed it....) no backfire or wild idling fluctuations at temp when stopped. So gunky carb floats a possibility? She is quite old bless (2001) and as people have mentioned possibility of lots of small issues randomly flaring up. Only done 15k so maybe been sat around doing nowt for long periods! I'm a complete noob so appreciate all the input (that I then read up about in the ole Haynes manual so at least I know where all the bits are and how to get to them!)
  14. I really loved this part of the post ^ ^ This bit made me concerned I'd end up selling a kidney!
  15. Ooh makes me want to get my behind in gear and get some good snaps. I only have a film camera though. Tis a very nice 80's Nikon SLR one that my dad gave me. It has lots of buttons on it that I have no idea what they do.. and then there's a little flip panel on the front that has even more buttons! I have no idea what they do either. Also it's manual focus which took a while to get used to. I still maintain it takes better pictures that digital cameras (when I get them in focus).
  16. [strikeout]It's saying it's a private video?[/strikeout] working now thanks Maybe when I have a bit more experience I shall look into it! It does sound exciting. Other half would probably be up for it but maybe we're a bit too competitive to go together....
  17. This looks like so much fun but I'm slightly accident prone so I worry I would spoon it I only ever break awkward things too
