I jumped straight on my ninja after passing so can't really tell you not to buy the bike of your dreams were you not crapping yourself??? yup Oh actually I jumped on the OHs R6 for the first week until I found mine. that was terrifying as it's mint Just take it nice and easy. didn't do much filtering for the first few weeks just nice and gentle everywhere.

I wouldn't worry Sam- mine does the same thing. I fire it once with no choke to clear out the pipes then give it maybe 3/4 choke and it then normally starts first time. if I try and rev it, it dies. after about 30 seconds it will go MENTAL and rev up to like 4000 so knock it down to half choke. throttle will normally be fine now. Ride away, knock choke off at around 41c engine temp which it seems to be fine with I think the problem is cold and old once it's running as long as I leave it for a bit it's as good as gold

they only go as fast as you make them keep your right hand in check whilst you're still getting to grips with it and when you get some more experience you can ramp it up a bit

luckily most of us value our skin more than a number on a jacket women's sizes are a joke though. I was trying on jeans a while back and varied between a 10 and 18! Hoggfather was very patient whilst I had to try on ALL THE JEANS The store guy was obviously used to it and let me wear them out the store (after paying of course )
