  1. Burn! Oh wait no, that's the Samsung in your pocket
  2. That ultimate addons website is awful, I'm trying to find a case/charging setup for my iPhone 6s but it isn't the easiest bloody thing! Edit: Is this everything I would need? https://www.ultimate-mobiles.co.uk/Consumer_Electronics/Mobile_Phones/Apple/iPhone_6s_47/motorcycle/Waterproof_Tough_Mount_Case_for_iPhone_6_47?bid=80
  3. Well I hope they last more than one use I used mine to sort out my battery terminals
  4. Sounds like I could save a sump with this.
  5. Slightly off-topic, I tried to PM you but my inbox/sentbox was full so don't think you got it. Do you happen to have a Manual for a GSXR600K5 please? For a friend
  6. Let me know if there's a decent set of knee highs with a good sized heel Maw, I need some for my next rally costume.
  7. I think you need a manual that covers Chinese bikes, fairly generic but they use a lot of the same/similar systems. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Chinese-Motorcycles-Service-Repair-manuals/dp/1844258718 I think Spanner will be able to help more though, he will have a PDF he can send you of something maybe
  8. I may also be interested in the Ponderosa trip! Date dependant and Mrs/kids dependant
  9. Is the screwdriver in my bikes toolkit JIS then? I assume it will be? Ill have to make sure I use that until I get a set.
  10. I'm not enjoying this at all
  11. I have tried the trickle charge and it still plays up! Soon as I stuck it on the trickle it said 12.6v and just went onto maintain. Ill invest in a new one then
  12. Need a pic where we can see the teeth to judge sprocket wear, but yeah that needs a good clean! I got myself this, works great http://www.ebay.co.uk/p/Motul-Chain-Care-Cleaning-Cleaner-Lube-Kit-for-Motorbike-Motorcycle-Bike/1679711313 You can just pick up a brush though and use paraffin to clean the chain, I just found I got better results with that stuff.
  13. I've been testing my battery/charging system, I just wanted to clarify my results before I go spend my ££. This morning the bike barely started, it dropped enough power to reset the time and trip, but did fire up. I hadn't left the ignition on, I fired it up right after turning the key. After my run to work, about 10 miles of motorway - With the ignition off I was reading about 12.6 volts With the ignition on and lights on full beam it dropped instantly to 11.77 and trickled down .01 every 5-10 seconds. With the lights on normal it dropped from 12.6 to 12.0 I Started the ignition and it jumped to 14.4 volts at idle and didn't move much when held at 5k rpm. Does any of this point to a new battery, or Reg/Receiver?
  14. I'm having a look at my battery/ charging system too, I found this which is pretty useful to narrow down any issues. You'll need a multimeter, set it to 12v DC and probe the terminals of the battery in the conditions on this forum; http://www.triumphrat.net/speed-triple-forum/104504-charging-system-diagnostics-rectifier-regulator-upgrade.html It's not specifically for the YBR but I assume the system will be very similar. I need to change my battery but double checking the Reg/Rec first as if that's bust it can wreck a new battery.
  15. I've seen this I think, I can't watch it now but is it one that show's the eBay leathers and how crap they are? (amongst other stuff) I'm sure I've seen a forum post from the fella selling those trying to defend it
  16. The little shits! I hope you make let next doors parents know! The bulb filament can break quite easily from a drop so that might just be a simple fix, try swapping in a good bulb to check if this is the case! Hope there isn't too much damage.
  17. Much better in person, just got a running rich issue to fix. (Started before the exhaust, suspected Fuel Pressure Regulator).
  18. Here's the outcome! Video doesn't do it justice, its well loud! Running rough but that's another issue I'm working on. http://i.imgur.com/SnCG7je.jpg ">
  19. If you get a 125 you will want a bigger bike no more than 2 weeks after riding it
  20. ^^ As Joe says, my CBF was alright after I gave it a bit of that.
  21. Sounds like we may be getting going soon
  22. Bloody rain, in Qatar
  23. When I'm ready to take my test, that's probably the way I'd like to do it. How much did that cost & did you do the Mod 1 & Mod 2 tests on the same day? You're local to Manchester aren't you? I went with a school called Papillion and I'd highly recommend them. Its training day before your test the test day after. If you pass Mod 1 they usually do the Mod 2 the week after. In the summer it gets really busy though and the waits can be longer. £700 all in with first time passes but you can split it up as you want. It starts with a day of fun riding the bike getting used to it. after that its onto the training and tests.
  24. Drying his balls, duh!
  25. People typically do a days training on a schools bike then use the same bike for their test.
