1. Kenya's roads are pretty crap. Went there a few years back, we asked about the roads and he told us Kenya had 3 full tarmac roads only. Potholes like bath tubs.
2. If you had a pound for everytime you've read about a Tokico caliper.....
3. This thread can be anything it likes EXCEPT CATS. I'd like cats more if they didnt crap all over my garden. Even better if their poo wasnt such a delicacy to my dog I bloody agree. I'm a keen gardener and veg grower and I don't understand why cats feel the need to dig a hole and crap directly on to the veg I'm growing!!! On the plus side, Opie seems to be deterring them!
4. Lovely. My old man had a black lab Springer cross just like that when I was young.
5. nooo same dog as ive always had but my old avatar stopped working Nice lab!
6. New dog? (Avatar) Welcome back
7. Lovely part if the country there (I'm from the nearby area). I used to take a few trips up the A4, or just out in to the country.

9. 6 months on 125 after my CBT, then 6 months on Suzuki GN250 and then I learned a lot on my next bike... a Triumph Sprint!! Loved that bike!
10. I see, thank you. He definitely said use the banjo bolt to bleed. To be honest, this hasn't been a priority. We've had some DIY to do, visitors and other excuses I could throw up. I'll follow your advice fastbob and see what I can do. I'm grateful, as always.
11. Had a chat with a nice chap at Intabikes who mentioned giving the brake bleeding a go via the banjo bolt. I'll look at this over the weekend, but anyone done this before? I'll check my Haynes manual to locate the bolt etc.
12. I'll keep this in mind, cheers Ive had no luck with the movement of this valve so before I call the local garage, is this nut/valve thing something that can be removed and replaced? Or is it a case of stuck with it? (Unless the caliper is replaced)
13. I'm not far but no 125 I'm afraid. Fellow sv650s rider mind!
14. Nope a dap bag is a small drawstring bag containing only your daps (and sometimes a t-shirt/vest. Perhaps is was just a West Country poverty thing to do PE in your pants and a vest?! No-one had PE kit til junior school I had a dap bag in Gloucester. Never worked out if Gloucester counts as West Country, south midlands. Or what. Pe in infants was definitely pants and vest and Daps. I grew up calling them daps, plimpsoles and pumps. Judging by the "Gloucester" calls coming from 'The Shed' at Kingsholm, I'd say it's West Country
15. Just watched season 4 of Catastrophe!
16. According to QI, the inquisition (Spanish at least) gave something like 32 days notice.... We'll I wasn't expecting that either ! You sorted your nipples out yet ? Will be playing with my nipple over the next couple of days, which I have off of work.
