  1. that would be a good way to describe it The idea is you bet on every eventually. Say for example I place a £10 bet on william hill for sunderland to win at evens. You then go to another bookie (betfair for example) and place a £10 on sunderland not to win again at evens. (The not to win is crucial to cover off the match being drawn). So If Sunderland win you win £10 at william hills and lose £10 at betfair. If sunderland lose you lose your £10 at william hill and win £10 at betfair. Either way, you come out of it with no profit and no loss. Pretty pointless right? Well not so if say william hill had a sign-up offer where if you bet £10 with them then give you a £30 free bet. You can repeat the process using the freebet on one side and a slightly lower amount on the other side so regardless of what happens you make profit, usually about 80% of the freebet value. You're betting but you're not gambling. Of course, some offers are easier than others, coral, betfred, william hill, ladbrookes are all examples where it's as easy as doing these two bets and you are done. Others can be more complicated, for example, if you have to bet the freebet value 5 times before you can withdraw, you'd just repeat the bets making no profit and no loss until you either have nothing left in the bookie account or you have placed enough to unlock the withdraw. Once you've done plenty of the sign up offers you can move onto something called re-loads. These are offers bookies do to keep you betting. Bet365 have one called 2up which is awesome, they will pay out as a winner if the team goes 2 goals in front. Last week I backed marseille for £200 at evens and laid (which is what you call betting against) them again for £200 at evens. The went 2 goals up so bet365 paid out my £200 winnings, but the match wasn't finished, Apollon Limassol came back and the match was drawn 2-2, so I also won £200 on laid bet of marseille not winning. £400 profit for about 30seconds worth of work. Obviously, these don't happen all the time but I've hit 3 of these in the last 2 weeks. This is true. It's called gubbing, they either close your account, restrict your stakes to small amounts, or remove any offers from you. Most people get around this being opening more accounts in friends and families names. I currently have 5 sets on the go. I've been doing it for 3 years in January and I've made in the region of 25k, so while it's not enough to live off as a wage, it's a very nice way of making a few extra quid when you're just sitting on the sofa at night or having a lazy weekend. A lot of people start out with https://www.profitaccumulator.co.uk/, then move to https://www.oddsmonkey.com/ since profitacumulator has really good intro guide videos, but oddsmonkey are who actually develop the tools to find the offers, the calculators to take any thinking out of it and the best support.
  2. I verify you, which gives us both some Q. You then go and spread the work to 'expand the network' very pyramidy. I'm not particularly sure what there is to stop you from making 5 different email accounts and verifying yourself 5 times though...
  3. I got an invite from another forum. So If anyone wants to look into it use my link https://initiativeq.com/invite/SEuMqryhX I am still less than convinced, so use a dummy email and a random password you use for nothing else. Please do no hand any money over. some info at https://www.calcalistech.com/ctech/articles/0,7340,L-3744653,00.html
  4. True. I mined 2ethereum from last summer through to january, when I sold it all for about £2000 when I was going to florida. Got about $1200 for each. Not quite the peak of $1400 but a lot better than the $200 it is going for now. I mined it though so it wasn't like I was nervous about losing my investment. I've since sold the graphics cards for not far off the price I (work) bought them for
  5. just seen this on another forum ill post here what i posted there That just looks exactly like one of the initial coin offerings that people buy into then they go dead days before they are supposed to go live. a pyramid scheme.
  6. nope, not at least anyway i can see. I tried the 720p setting this morning and it's recorded 720p 60fps again. The seller has replied asking for a video of the issue so I am going to do that this afternoon.
  7. Agreed. and youtube says its 720p 60fps. Op - Are you sure you have the camera setup right? they are normally 1080p@30fps or 720p@60fps. the youtube videos suggests its running 720@30fps. ' yup, 100%. I checked the settings before leaving this morning, 1080p and as soon as I stopped I quickly turned off, got the seat off to get at it before it powered down. Went into settings as it still says 1080p. I've pulled the memory card out and the files at 1280x720p. Premiere pro is reading it at 720p 60fps. I might try setting it to 720p on my way home and see what that looks like! at the moment I am leaving it on the bike until I get something better sorted. Something is better than nothing in the case of an accident and I doubt it'll be worth shipping back to China for the sake of £36
  8. had a read through but it doesnt look like a solution was found to the auto on/off and waterproof power? I had an idea how to do it, but didnt get round to it. Started using a Mobius camera instead, but thats not waterproof without a case. care to share your idea? I might progress it, I have a couple of lithium batteries that are smaller but the same voltage as that 18650 that's inside, which would free up some space.

  10. yea i know, that's what i mean. You cant see the plates at all which makes it near pointless.
  11. I have sent the seller a message to give them a chance. I like how they look fitted, but the quality is just too poor to be usable. The only reason I put it on was in case of an accident. I had no intention of putting anything on youtube
  12. yea I've seen the innovv option. Very not cheap
  13. wimp. I've only just put my coats inner lining in, bought a snood and turned the heated grips upto 40%. I haven't put my pants liners in yet nevermind considering changing my gloves or looking at the big covers. I only have a shirt under my coat. The dash was reading 5C when I got to work.
  14. They say buy cheap buy twice, well in this case that looks to be sound advice. I bought this camera off ebay for £36.69 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/113248673676 It appealed because I liked how discreetly it could be fitted. I didn't like the idea of a big camera stuck to the side of my helmet, or sticking up from the handlebars, go pro style. So I fitted it yesterday and this is how it looks front http://i82.photobucket.com/albums/j244/anth_85/FBCC67AF-CBC3-4971-AF94-FDC410D577AC_zps9lxk1h1n.jpeg rear http://i82.photobucket.com/albums/j244/anth_85/C95421A7-214D-44FC-9BB6-4869CF49B789_zps1x9kdb7h.jpeg To be fair I did miss read the listing, i thought it was 1080p front rear, and it is only after going back to it that it is 1080p front and 480p rear. But as you can see from this recording of my commute this morning the quality is woeful that is the higher quality front, the rear is worse. The files I pulled off were only 720p even though I checked it was set to 1080p so I don't know if it is actually capable of it. But even so at 720p you should be able to read vehicles registration plates, that's kind of the whole point. So can anyone suggest a similar style camera that does front and rear but actually functions as a decent camera? Edit, i'm fine with two separate cameras. Maybe two like this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MOTOR-BIKE-MOTOR-CYCLE-ACTION-HELMET-SPORTS-CAMERA-CAM-FULL-HD-1080P/263729722826?epid=1541879425&hash=item3d678435ca:g:tp8AAOSwJota~z6R:rk:4:pf:0 My concern with them is keeping the power connector waterproof and the auto on/off on start/stop.
  15. Any other matched betters out there? I've been doing it for near three years. Currently loving 2up and looking forward to hi5 coming back, 2clear has been slow going.
  16. I've not heard of a claim for that, but I'd be quids in if it is. I've had a halifax account that costs £15 a month for 8 years. But I'd feel a bit disingenuous claiming because I've used the travel insurance twice, the mobile phone insurance 4 or 5 times and the breakdown cover about 10 times. That's before the discount on my mortgage it provides too.
  17. I have a pet hate for those bloody flashing lights regardless of what they are on. For our eyes to judge distances from things they need to see them, a flashing light by definition is off, if only briefly. This makes it far more difficult to perceive how far away it is. There is a reason cars/motorbikes have solid lights on the back. The flashing lights on emergency vehicles are to get your attention and warn you that they are coming, they still have the usual lights on at the same time. I have a couple of these off my old bicycle too, they are brilliant. I had one on each seat stay. I might look at wiring a rear light into my top along with the usual rear lights. Shouldn't be too difficult to run power upto it.
  18. yea there were quite a few of those on amazon, all look identical but with different brands on, most had poor reviews, usually about the strength of the metal.
  19. great thanks. I had looked at that one when i searched, but it must have been a different seller since it said earliest delivery was the 30th
  20. Can anyone recommend a chain breaker/riveter tool that can be had from somewhere that does next day deliver? Got a new chain/sprockets arriving today to fit at the weekend and just clicked I'll probably need a tool to do it
  21. backward is probably the wrong word, but I disagree about using imperial and metric, go for one and do it properly rather than this half arsed learn to convert situation we are in. Litres and mpg is a prime example of where it just don't make sense like you say. Like it or not (generally age related) metric makes far more sense. I really hope brexit doesn't see us regress back to imperial for everything, it's already doing enough damage elsewhere.
