    Backpacks

have a look at Rhinowalk (readily available on Amazon). Just like a Kriega but a lot cheaper. I have a 30l and a 20l and they are excellent. Much better to have it attached to the bike than on your back.
  3. looks like the KTM one is more like £155 now. That's far too expensive when they will only use it for a year or so and you can get them for £30 or so(they were not popular when my kids were young so didnt have one). KTM 2025 KIDS PUSH ALONG TRAINING / BALANCE BIKE ORANGE - Gear 4 Motorcycles
  4. blue lane is wrong, as there are 2 lanes on the exit he should stick to the second lane.
  5. i think they look great. My kids are too old but my grandson may need one soon. Price will be a factor as they dont tend to use them for very long.
  6. 14 months in a young offenders, he is 19. Why not an adult jail? he should have his sentence doubled due to the damage he may have caused those children, emotionally and physically.
  7. happy birthday
  8. obviously i wish you all the luck in the world but i just cant see many people paying for a cleaning service. I am not saying its not something i could benefit from but i am not going to pay for someone to clean my helmet when i can do it myself cheaper and quicker (to a good enough standard).
  9. happy birthday
  10. happy birthday
  11. really wanted to go to that but was too late and my son i finding it hard to get his head around a female singer singing the songs Chester used to sing, he is fine with her singing the ones Chester hasnt sung. Always listening to Linkin Park, but also Evanescence, Manic Street Preachers, 21 Pilots, Elton John, Metallica, bad wolves, any many others. Cant get enough of this song at the moment. Radiohead - Creep
  12. some great deals on SportsBikeShop at the moment, i picked up a HJC carbon for 50% off. Here
  13. always original for me.

welcome John, sounds like you have a wealth of knowledge to share. We always like pics.
  16. once you have passed go and try a few. I wouldn't rule out going for something like an MT07 or a street triple. I bought a street triple after passing and was told that was too powerful for a first bike. but as long as you can regulate your right wrist it will be an excellent bike for many years. I was looking at the SV650 as i could buy a new one cheaper than a 4 year old Street Triple. However i very much doubt i would still have the SV if i had. 6 years later i still have the Triumph and if i get a new bike, i will not be selling it. The truth is, you will have fun on any bike but its how long that fun lasts before you need to get a different one.
  17. new 50R arrived a couple of days ago. Its all setup and working fine.
  18. Yeah would probably do them in 2 separate trips to get as many in a s possible That would be amazing to see his name on it
  19. I really want to do the WW1 and 2 sites one day, the beaches, pegasus bridge etc. maybe next year
  20. There are 10 of us on the tour so we will be making plenty of stops. Also very little motorway driving. Maybe day one from Calais to metz and the last day, if we need to make up time
  21. yes that was the first thing that drew me in, i have been looking at them since they were released. I wanted a bike similar to my triple that offered weather protection, but without the seating of a supersports bike and clip ons. This was the first one that seemed to tick the boxes i was after (the Kawasaki was a close 2nd). Kawasaki 1100SX
  22. Yeah its the only reason i am looking at new. I cant be doing with running in and the high cost service of new bike ownership (plus the niggles that go wrong in the first 6-12months). Priced one up at 15k, can get one with less than 5k miles and about a year old for 11k second hand. If i go second hand then it wont happen until about this time next year though. it all hinges on the test ride really, if i like it enough then i will probably take the plunge, if i am not fussed then i will wait.
  23. I really love my triple and cant see myself getting rid unless i got another. The street is such a great bike as its really light and manoeuvrable. has enough power for me, i run out of talent well before it runs out of power.
  24. i have these but i have the 12v batteries, which allows you to use the highest heat setting. I expect they are a bit bulkier than the small capacity ones but you do get longer life. I love them and as stated, dont make your hands hot but does stop them getting cold. I was using some Keis heated lining gloves but i couldnt get one with them. for short journeys i dont want to faff with plugging into the bike so the batteries are perfect, plug in for long journeys and batteries for the short ones.
  25. yeah i am not going to rush. will have a test ride and see how it goes, its not the be all and end all as i love my triple. so if i dont fancy it i will just go to the alps on the triumph (there is no gaurantee i will get a new bike in time anyway). I dont plan to sell the triumph but that will depend of how often i ride it (if i do get something else).
