  1. Then you’ll get some f**ker hacking into your home charger to charge their car for free!
  2. Speak to the school when you go back. Tell them what you think was happening and ask the school/instructor if you can adjust the span of the brake lever and change the biting point of the clutch lever to suit you. As far as I know all geared bikes have adjustable levers. You need to feel comfortable when riding.
  3. The rear shock on my VK1 is £800 and is non serviceable. I’ve just paid £650 for a Hyperpro rear shock which has twice as much preload and rebound adjustment and can be serviced.
  4. Went for a day out with a mate and bought some Ice Cream, Cheese and Bakewell tarts. Had a cuppa and some scrambled egg on toast at Tan Hill Inn. The milk was off and the eggs weren't great. I did get a replacement fresh cuppa, with in date milk. Unfortunately they are struggling to get the staff, or shall I say, decent experienced staff. Shame really. Spotted an old Harley in Bakewell with a suicide shifter. Amazing! The weather was stunning all day! 350 odd miles
  5. I bet there’s another bike you forgot you had somewhere in there.
  6. Do you mean the gear lever?? Only cars have a clutch pedal. EDIT: Or HGV’s, buses, coaches or any other vehicle other than a motorbike in case some twat pulls me up on the above.
  7. EV ownership is just moving the shitting one step away from yourself though. Your vehicle will still use conventional tyres so you’re still shitting on the planet. https://www.nationalgeographic.com/environment/article/tires-unseen-plastic-polluter
  8. I found that if I click on the pic, then even though it won’t load fully, if I click on the bit of pic it shows, it will open up in a new page and be complete.
  9. Stu is right. My answer today is 0 My answer in 2035 is still 0
  10. SOLD The suit no longer fits me after going on a diet. Jacket size- chest 46 Pants size- waist 36 There is a bit of adjustment in both jacket and pants. It’s two seasons old but I’ve only ever worn it as a mesh suit when it’s too hot to wear normal gear. I’ve never used the thermal and waterproof inserts. It’s absolutely brilliant in the summer for letting the air cool you down and it’s very comfortable. This suit is in immaculate condition. £160 for quick sale including P&P Payment by PayPal F&F Grab a bargain. 11. It was my first bike. A GS500E. I bought it off a mate just before I did my DAS as I thought it would do me for a year or two while I gained experience. It lasted me two weeks! I didn't have it long enough to say what I didn't like about it apart from it was just waaay under powered and boring for my liking.
  12. I would say for us mere mortals riding on the road you don’t really need every adjustment available. Combined rebound and compression is perfect for road riding imo. I installed a Hyperpro rear shock the other day and have pretty much got it dialled in. It is a big improvement over OEM. I went for a good 4 hour ride today and that would normally have a had my arse hurting after about an hour. The new shock has smoothed out the road and the bike now feels like it’s gliding along. My arse only started to get uncomfortable 20 mins from home. The bike also feels more planted in the bends and follows a line better. I’m really happy with the result. I’ve also had the front springs changed and feel the bike handles much much better now. I wish I pulled the pin before now instead of just trying to ride round the issue of mediocre OEM suspension. If you’ve decided on Nitron then I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Same as if you chose another brand.
  13. This is one of my favourite pics and it just so happens to be in a lay-by. I had passed my test 5 months before this was taken. As it was new to me I would ride almost all year round at the time. It was bloody cold that day, but hey, I got a great photo.
  14. Glad you got it sorted. Have you had a chance to get out and test?
  15. Yep. I’ll have a dig around the settings EDIT: I can’t see anything that would stop it from loading up. There is no data saving setting in Safari. I do have pop ups blocked and wondered if it was that, but pic still never opened up when I turned the setting off. No biggy. It’s just bugging me.
  16. It’s Safari I noticed it the other week, but thought it was a glitch Unlimited data so that’s not turned off. It works on my PC when I click the pic so I can enlarge it, but I get this only loading up a small amount of the pic on my phone
  17. I don’t know. They are other peoples pics
