  1. This is the main reason so many don't bother with the services and the main reason why they lose so much on resale value, if Lexmoto offered a decent warranty with sensible service schedules it would make a difference on the second hand market

  4. Lexmoto are fine if you look after and maintain them properly, whilst not up to the standard of the japanese you have to remember that most of the japanese have moved production to china for most of their lower cc bikes, so in terms of quality even the japanese stuff has suffered to meet a demand, although the corona issue has done them no favours there are still plenty of trade with chinese companys, i have a chinese 125 and it has been great and no issues other than silly things through lack of care on my part, if you want to go with lexmoto make sure you employ a strict maintenance routine

  6. My railway building is on hold for the moment, the extra space i reclaimed has come in handy as we have had the bathroom made into a wet room, the flooring people will be back on Tuesday to lay the new flooring, so as long as the weather holds out i can go for a ride over the weekend
  7. Well worth bookmarking https://www.brian-lambert.co.uk/ and Brian Lambert AKA Flashbang is the owner of this forum https://www.modelrailwayforum.co.uk/ great forum just like TMBF is for bikers It's mainly his stuff I've been looking at. I'm looking for a winter project for days when it's foul outside. Probably going N gauge. Keep an eye out for sales from Brian1951 he sells a lot of N gauge locos at really good prices mainly Dapol, i have had some really good bargains from him over the years

  10. You would probably have to get an ECU that can be remapped but is the cost really worth it, most FI 125's are built to near enough their peak performance from stock, there are some things you can do to improve them but you will only gain marginal performance, and in most cases the cost outweighs the benefit in performance
  11. I have the complete box set on dvd

K.I.T.T 300 mpg speeds in excess of 300mph whats not to like, Delorean time machine could prove to be very lucrative The A-Team van useful and can carry 8x4 sheet timber The General lee must be worth it just for shits and giggles the others not too fussed over so any of the above i would happily take

    New layout

I wish i had the space for a garden O gauge Now there's an idea. I have lots of unused garden space. I bet it's expensive though. it can be but there are plenty of used items about and some of the best places to find them are flea markets and toy fairs

  21. If the hole is bigger than the reamer for the plugs there's not much chance of it holding out for long

    New layout

Okay so plans for a modular layout have been kicked by the wayside as i was able to save my original baseboards with very little damage , so the plan is to have a fixed layout just smaller than the one i dismantled and will still allow me some much needed space that i can claim back here is an image of the proposed baseboard each grid is 1 sq ft now to start on some designs
