1. In addition to Mississippi Bullfrog use 60/40 lead solder and not lead free, using lead free as a novice can be very hard work using lead solder is much easier to use, toolstation sell 60/40 solder at a reasonable price

21. You might find this useful https://www.bmw-motorrad.co.uk/en/offers/Rookie-to-Rider.html
22. just for now i would just get yourself a helmet and gloves, and just wear a waterproofish jacket and walking or work boots will do for the time being, when you do your CBT as part of the training you will cover different types of clothing and armour, it's not necessarry to get kitted out from the off and once you have your bike you can try on clothing and see how it feels when you are on the bike
23. I don't know yet, we had the bathroom made into a wet room last week and flooring got finished a couple of days ago, so the bathroom needs painting now, but i also want to make a vanity unit to go under the sink it's a pedestal type and also want to make a radiator cover both of which will be painted and lacquered, all depends on the weather as i will need to work outside, or i could say bollox and go fishing
24. Might it not be better to change bikes and get something automatic or semi auto which does away with the clutch and allows the rear brake to be used from the handlebars
25. I love helping people spend their money I noticed you registered on railway forum i haven't been on it for some time, but once i get somewhere with mine i will be back on, keep up the good work
