I agree about the importance of the active topics

I tried iPone cleaning and all that has happened is I need a new screen now!
-
Rob, I think you would be grand at hanky and stick dancing!

I never could get the hang of Thursdays

Can't stand Trump but before we get all holier than thou remember that almost 70 million people voted for him and they are not all brain dead. I've got some friends and family in the US. The family reluctantly voted Democrat as they really didn't like Trump but the friends voted Republican because they hated even the whiff of socialism associated with the Democrats.
I’ve always thought of the dems as just to the right of Cameron’s Tories?

No need to spend money on a taster. If you have the hang of go and stop you’ll be grand

It is a quirk of the english language that it evolves. If it is now Bulbs then perhaps Bulbs is no longer wrong.

Lamps!
Years ago when I did a bit of my electrician training everyone would say that.
What does it say on the packaging of domestic lighting lamps/bulbs? These days?

With a sizeable lead!
Are you only saying that to push someone else into the limelight after your headlight debacle yesterday?!
C’mon! That was yesterday’s news cycle!
Also the flip side all the work I did when the carbs were knackered contributed to my 30 year old bike passing first time!
And
And
Look over there! He’s the twattiest.

I honestly thought it was always on. I have never turned it off before.

I think I would rather a test in the wet, I think that I would be expected to be a little softer in my approach

I took mine for an MOT and to have the headlight fitted after I changed th bulb and it did not work. Turns out my lights have a switch and I had turned them off and it sailed through MOT

How are they better than the silicon Christmas tree shaped ones on EBay? Twenty orange ones for three pounds jobs?

I will have to get a cam set up to watch the birdies.
So far i have plenty wanting my seeds, bought a 12.5 kilo bag this morning as they are really going through them
Had a few tits on my nuts, but no nibbles on my balls as yet
Have fitted some extra perches, made from some twigs on the ball and nut feeders, will see if they help to get more birds to feed
Nothing quite like a few tits on ya nuts eh but you need to teach them that if they want your seed they need to give the balls abit of a nibble
Hi Rich how are you all getting along?

I had lots of sql errors yesterday.

Oh and don’t give in notice on a subject to checks offer. Wait for the unconditional. I recently had to withdraw and offer and the poor candidate was in a bit of schtick I think because they had already resigned.

I'll have to grovel to get back a job I detest and/or risk the shittest job market for a long time during lockdown and a pandemic.
Feck.
If I detested the job I’d risk it but I’m wary of suggesting someone else does that
Ha ha, yeah I'm more interested to see what other people would do rather than suggestions I guess. Its my decision alone to make so not trying to shirk responsibility. In ordinary times it would be an easy decision.
Two months is not a long wait. The civil service will wait that long. They have no choice, to get someone Eeles would take that long or longer including recruitment. Plus you can always ask to give a smaller notice period and perhaps it is at manager’s discretion.
I’m supposed to give three months (nhs and a bit senior) and haven’t the last two months.

I’m tired, I’m flipping sick if this. I have to have my homeopathy department running better than before Covid. I spend a chunk extra dealing with Covid stuff, I have had to reduce the resource of the treatment rooms to allow cleaning time, it wasn’t doable before Covid and it isn’t now. I wake up in the night worrying about it, I’m tired from dealing with wave one.
I don’t like whinging, I does not usually do me any favours.
What you doing this weekend?

I sewed a host of Garkic whilst the kids made mud messes at the allotment. That was nice![:-)](https://themotorbikeforum.co.uk/uploads/emoticons/icon_smile.gif.25aa1c76f70f8b71deb89cedddfb4afd.gif)
