  1. Navy blue must be good for all?
  2. If they are white we could easily dye them if we want a different colour. I don’t care what colour they are, I’m happy with the design.
  3. Thanks I did not spot that. I don’t care and just want to buy some. I have popped for four now . I’m Keen for them.

  5. Well done fun time!
  6. If you look closely you will find out that were the Asians who have been having wars for longer, about 3,000 years before Europe What does that have to do with anything? Plus given that Asian describes about 2/3rd of the world population not that surprising. Also in Europe they had easily been warring for that long.
  7. I agree please vote. I would rather get a TMBF one but if we don’t have it organised soon I shall have to take my money and buy other ones from the internet and withdraw my intention. I want some, have said I’d buy four.
  8. Well done
  9. Worked and put on some weight
  10. Not sure that I agree with that. People having to be glad for what they can get work wise is a very slippery slope that leads to dissenters being sent to Australia against their wishes for a life of penal servitude.
  11. 25 so far. Needs to be nice still. Check the design by us before going for it.
  12. I would likely buy more later when I have more money.
  13. At 6 pounds each I would buy 3. I would pay up front. But only if I like them. Plain With the logo for example.
  14. I suspect it depends upon the circumstances. Soemtime face covering is what is needed, sometimes a particular standard of face mask.
  15. At the right price and liking it I would pre-order more than one.
  16. I would pay up front for a Buff if I like the design.

    Backache

Physio and ost can only treat certain conditions. If the pain is severe, and i mean proper severe not shandy drinking southern severe then the GP will eventually refer you to a specialist. You may then be granted a MRI scan. This is the only way to truly diagnose the issue. I know this from personal experience after having spinal surgery. Good luck. In my experience it is the NHS physio who will gatekeep any onward referral. When my back was at its worst it was gp for anti-inflammatory medicine, physio as expert in musculoskeletal health, it was looking like we might have needed to look towards surgery (luckily not because I actually did my exercises) and it would have been the physio who directed that referral. In the three counties I have accessed back healthcare in the past ten years this very good example of stepped care has been folllowed. Best tip is do not dismiss the idea of the exercises from the Physioterrorist, even with backs that feel debilitating and very painful the right exercises can be the solution and. Surgery almost never (in my experience with family and peers) lead to solving the problem just diminishing the impact a bit. Life of bad back is feasible with surgery.

    Backache

I’ve just bought myself an adapter desktop thingy that means I can sit at my desk or I can stand up and it raises. Been an absolute saver, particularly whilst I have been in the car for the commute which is bad for the back, and not on my bike, which is bad for my back to miss out on.
  19. Not that you can spell certificate Nope, it wasn’t a part of any of my further learning how to spell SirTificate. I have a comfortable expertise in my field, one that has served me well. However spelling is not my expertise and I am knackered after 5 months of 50+ hour weeks whilst half the country is furloughed so I can keep my domain working and helping people. I guess we cannot all be all things to all people

There is self referral for physio in a lot of areas now for physio. Ps if you are NHS and you mention it on your referral you will be seen no quicker but they will know!
  21. I left in 98, only my GCSEs. Started working before I left. Still no Alevels but I do now have an honours degree and a post grad Cirtificate and I am either Junior senior management Senior Junior Management dependent upon how you look at these things. When I left, I just left. I was a weedy kid that got picked on, not the Kick ass dude I am now
