  14. IMHO definitely worth sonic clean but can I suggest before you go to that expense I have had good results from immersion in a 50 50 mix of Coca Cola and diesel. Please don't laugh and remember to thoroughly flush with petrol afterwards but you would be amazed at the crud this mix can shift after a couple of days. Good luck. Cheers Ian
  15. Hi Eric Firstly have you checked the ratio of your new top gear? It is possible your top ratio is actually the same as your old box so you wont gain any overall performance but it might be nice to have the overall spacings of the ratios closer together. The adjustment for the camshaft allows you to alter the cam timing and is best done by someone with experience and hopefully access to a dyno so you can flatten out any bumps in your power curve (Or tune for max torque depending on your use). Cheers Ian
  16. Always pays to keep an eye on your helmet ! Cheers Ian

  19. That looks great but I cant transfer my job out there !! Stunning for the money though. Cheers Ian If the pound rose to 2005 levels (around 1.50) you'd pay around 135K. That's fantastic and I would be tempted ! However I need to work for the foreseeable and project/ site management is difficult to do remotely lol. However I was impressed when my mate fell ill I left home in Bedfordshire at 0600. and landed in Porto before 10 so I suppose anything is possible. Cheers Ian

  21. Is there a "Good" area in Swansea? Before you defend your heritage bear in mind some of us are still living in the country of our birth ! I had a very good friend from Cwmbran and he ended up in rural Portugal. Cheers Ian
  22. Fantastic list and I presume you have done a fair bit of marshalling then? I can believe the Clarkson comment and a friend of mine knows Vic Reeves well and says exactly the same. I would love to meet Guinters as I really admire his style. Cheers Ian
  23. Bucks is very variable ! There are 4 bed houses in parts of Milton Keynes worth less than a shed in villages like Thornborough or Beachampton. I am afraid it is a very variable feast. As a comparison Bedfordshire has extremes such as Biddenham and Luton Greater London has Hackney and Mayfair. Cheers Ian He lives somewhere near Aylesbury. Oh well at least the only way is up lol. Cheers Ian
