thats not the case, you got to work the notice the contract say, unless you can prove that the contract is unrealistic! some contract can even lock you in for the first year or 2, unless you are willing to pay the cost of training you! some bus companys use to do that!

thats why i said lighter flame as it got small flame, it burn your fingers b4 it burn the seals as the lighter would get to hot to hold

try using lighter flame directly over the cap untill it heated up it should expanded then just screwed them off. if not go get new ones fitted
