Got today the draft home report for my property. Usually people would say isn't worth the paper it's written on. Actually is not worth the pdf is written on. Now I remember why surveyor is a profession below general labour. Bunch of useless tw@ts Couldn't recognise quality even it would hit them on the face. The idiot decided that a wooden floor rated A* by the manufacturer isn't quality and needs replacement Failed to recognise that all lighting is led. Failed to notice the boiler is above spec and more efficient than the crap he sees on other places. Didn't care about the 15yr warranty on the kitchen (13 because 2 are passed) And because of the idiots in the Scottish government I had to spend 660 quid on a piece of useless crap Can't even wipe the arse with it

FINALLY!!!!! Replaced the bits on the rear MC. Bleed the rear brake completely. Then bleed the distribution valve or whatever the name is. Now I finally have a perfectly working rear brake that doesn't seize the wheel. Now I can finally finish assembling the whole thing and take it to MOT.

What @Simon Daveysays could be an option as long the stand isn't honda style and made of ductile iron. Personally I would avoid drilling the base because it will weaken it. I would rather build something to be braced around the base. After all a few mm will be enough for what you will need. I would start by placing some thin plywood or something that you know the thickness to confirm how much you need to raise.

Hi @Andyb welcome to the forum. Can you post some pics to check if the leaning is the normal one? Not unusual for the big bikes to lean what it will seem too much, you have to keep in mind that they are heavier bikes and the angle is similar to other bikes, just the weight is different. I know exactly what you mean, my ST1300 does exactly the same. Keep in mind side stand on that type of bike should be seen as temporary and the centre stand be the norm.
