have done all the above. the seal moved enough to prize it out at the garage (no damage to the fork at all) but this was after a few hours of pulling it back and forth. since then nothing has moved. it appears to be stuck where it is. nothing else we have tried seems to work.

had a leak in right side(as u sit on bike) fork. had massive problems getting old seal out then could not get stantion out at all. seems something has moved/warped or whatever and we are stuck. even took it to the garage and they could not get it out. so looks like i need a replacement fork. have posted in wanted section.

i've been having a problem with one of my front brake calipers on an 02 deauville, damn thing keeps sticking on. get it freed, cleaned up etc, but a few weeks later it sticks again. i have the chance of a pair of calipers from a 99 bike but neither the seller nor i know if they will fit. any ideas chaps? mine has the dual braking system.

was just sitting on one of these yesterday at m&s motorcycles (please remove if against rules). i liked the sitting position, loved the handlebars, in fact i loved almost everything about it. however, i am a winter biker, and feel i would be too exposed on this bike. plus all the chrome to polish,

question on mod 1 hazard avoidance
keith565 replied to tryme's topic in CBT, Test and Advanced Training Information
on the swerve avoidance you have to stop with your front wheel in the box made up of 4 blue cones. on the emergency stop you have to stop as quickly as possible without loosing control of the bike. if you travel to far on the emergency stop you will fail. -
