  2. nomally arrow facing down is main tank arrow facing up is reserve and arrow facing forwards would be either off on standard tap or prime on vaccum tap

  11. Because its quite difficult to actually find the pub in the mess of villages and twisty roads surrounding it, i advise sat nav. Don't ask me how i know ask ingah even with sat nav you need to know the address of where you are going or you tend to ride round and round in ever decreasing circles untill you find it
  12. i would get the tensioner changed asap and then worry about the exhaust at a later stage because if you dont get the tensioner sorted out you might not need to worry about the exhaust
  13. dont forget to check tyre pressure as well
  14. are you sure this is the right time of year to do this last year you started messing with the bike about now and didnt make it to the rally until late sat night .............just saying grabs me coat

  16. jam is now down in cornwall working for the summer he will wish he was in nots still by time he gets to the rally
  17. last time i got the info for the stall 4 years ago it was same price it hadnt changed in the last 7 years that i done it
  18. i used to have a trade stand in the autojumble section of the bmf each pitch of 12ft wide by 15ft deep was 25 quid for the weekend including 2 people passes as well and we used to book 4 pitches due to amount of bits we took and it meant a few mates got in free as well.....lol

  22. you should be able to buy just the idle jet from any good bike shop take the old one in with you to make sure you get right size or david silvers might be able to help you
  23. mate of mine has got a z1300 streetfighter and a z1300 hardtail chop and a shed load of other bits for them
  24. in its time it was very quick but seems tame by todays standards and yes was bit of a bugger to set up i had to do full engine rebuild on one for a mate
  25. surely you dont check oil level with engine idling do you on a cbr600 i would of said run it for a minute then turn it off give it a minute to settle then check it on centrestand or bike upright
