    So serious question then.

What are they primarily used for ?

Vehicle pursuit and stand off surveillance ... they allow ground based officers to disengage from pursuit, hang back and plot destinations of target vehicles. They are also used for surveillance of groups of people. Thermal imaging for drug factories.

  2. This is the live track ( 20:55 this evening ) of a Police surveillance Aircraft based at DSA / Finningley airport. We track it most days on its missions. It moves from centre of population to centre of population where it orbits collecting data ...

    It’s a Vulcanair P68 ... big brother ??

    apparently it is a symptom....

The most common warning signs of coronavirus are a high fever, and a new, continuous cough.

But, scientists have warned that a throbbing in your testicles could also be caused by a COVID-19 infection.

Is there anything thats not a symptom of Covid ....

I had a high temp, headache, sore throat , aching muscles and felt sh1t ... the girls (kids don’t get it ... rubbish) had all of my symptoms but only for 24 hours .... i was ill for 6 days ...

  4. Thats why i’m following rules and going to work ...

Boris’s rules cover all eventualities ...

Its a bit like Groucho Marx ... “I have standards, if you don’t like them, i have others."

Second childhood? I’m still on my first. I have never, I’m told, grown up. 😂

Don’t think men ever grow up .... we’re all on the spectrum at some point and very rarely mature beyond 18 at any point in our lives ... we get older but are always 18 in our heads .....

Women get older, mature, responsible ... and bin their men .... and get a cat ...

A lot of the adventure bikes to seem to make the best tourers. The higher the comfort level the easier the miles are, the more you can enjoy the ride and the destination. If I could handle the weight and height of a GS I’d have one.

I really don’t care how people dress though, if someone wants to ride in a leather onsie, the full blown hipster vibe, adventure gear or fancy dress that’s fine with me. As long they don’t ride like an idiot if they’re happy I’m happy for them to enjoy whatever fantasy they’re indulging in. If they’re thinking they’re Spiderman for a few hours there’s no harm in it.

Personally I wear whatever suits the weather. At the moment I’m rocking a snowmobile suit that would give Mr Blobby a run for his money. I have excellent waterproofs that make binliners look stylish, well vented touring trousers, riding jeans and when it’s really sunny I wear large floral trousers- very airy.

I’ve got an amazing 1 piece fully padded suit i bought from a fishing shop near Barnsley for £60 .. Waterproof and warm ... and cheap ... I wear MX boots, spine protector ( Mac Book ) and cycling bib tights and tops under it for the warm and cosy winter motorcycling experience.

If SCM would like to model the leather onesie i’m sure we would be happy to supply a round of appreciation  .... :classic_biggrin:

If not, it’s me in the bib tights ... you have been warned .... Like Max Wall on acid ...

  9. Thats why you lick your finger ... the saliva hisses ... not your skin ....:classic_biggrin:

I tried wallpapering for the first time in august. I don’t think I’ve ever sworn so much doing DIY, at one point I said I was going to time travel back find the person who invented wall paper and finish them before they’d had a chance to put the stupid idea forward. Then just one strip of paper from the end whilst sitting with my extremely exasperated head in hands I saw the instructions printed on the inside leaf- paste the paper. The outside was printed saying paste the wall.

I choose to believe it was an awful experience because the instructions were wrong... nothing to do with my ability, or lack of 😂

I have been luck enough to marry a serial decorator ... she papers .. brilliantly ... loves doing gloss work ... all i have to do is the ceilings and the doors ... ( and i take the doors off and do them with a roller laid flat ... ) ... and most important of all ... supply coffee and hot food as required ....

    Result !:classic_biggrin:

it lasts a little longer in the fridge ........ in that it takes longer to eat........ especially if you like to let it melt in your mouth lol Mines always in a cupboard ........ unless the kids are calling round, then i stick it in the fridge cos they don't go there looking for snacks :)

I put their sweets in the freezer .........🤣

  12. We don’t keep tomatoes in the fridge ... in the fruit bowl with the bananas .. that way you actually get to eat ripe tasty fruit rather than the tasteless marbles straight from Spain ....

Choco always in the fridge ... top shelf in the door where the kids cannot reach it  ..👍

How the hell did you manage that, ours told me they can’t do anything, no drilling no filling they will extract but only in emergency, I just got a temporary filling without the drilling.😖😖

Out of the blue we had a phone call last Thursday evening, the 7th, from the dentists. "The children are due a check up” .. ok ... "Julie is due a check up “ ... ok ... Julie said .. "David used to be registered with you but has not been for years ... “ .. no problem ... So  i got to go to the Dentist ......

Why did Boris close the golf courses ? To get the dentists back to work ...... !!

Our dentist has been closed since the 23rd March 2020 ... now they seem to desperate to get some bums on seats ....

  14. I went to the dentists yesterday.

First time in 3 years .... 2 of my lower r/h rear teeth broke up in April 2020 ... no dentists available so i sorted it myself .

I was expecting a fortune for the work ... He took one of the broken teeth out ... and i have to go back for 3 fillings  .....£65 ... and a deep polish and clean ..£23 ...

    Result .......
