Search eBay for bits like gaskets etc.......Most spares suppliers have an eBay shopfront these days...... While you're working on the bike I'd be inclined to check steering head and wheel bearings, and replace if necessary.....strip and clean and refurb the brakes too.......and check all electrical connections for corrosion, etc.......

The TOR's on my Speed Triple sound really nice.......not too loud, but nice and throaty....... You may need to remap the ECU for the Arrow can though.......to get the best out of it.......

I was in East London this morning and heading back to the car after having my breakfast, a young woman came out of a building ahead of me and casually dropped her empty yoghurt pot onto the pavement. Funnily enough, a local wino saw her and made her pick it up and put it into a bin.... Says something when the wino cares more about his neighbourhood than this young woman!! The look the wino gave me whilst he was berating her made me chuckle though....

agreed, it's just the thought of anybody using a blowlamp to heat up the screws on the carb But the sparks from a cutting wheel on a dremel will be OK. .....

One of the issues around the Lower Lode is the lack of non - camping accommodation there.......and the scarcity of taxis to take folks back to the few hotels in the area at the end of the evening........along with a few other issues. So, if anyone knows of a suitable venue that is fairly central in the country please let us know. We've been scouring the Internet for suitable places, but nothing has ticked all the boxes yet.

They do a good selection of beers at reasonable prices.......and I think the food is pretty good too...... And it's a bit bigger than last year's venue too..... I've not tried these gloves......but I do like Held gloves. My summer gloves are Held and they're a good few years old now, and starting to fall apart......but I just can't bear to replace them as they are so comfortable......

What is this "cleaning leathers" of which you speak?...... I used to use saddle soap for cleaning them, and then a bit of Neatsfoot oil to feed the leather.......but these days I don't bother......

Like Joe found, just check that the plunger on the master cylinder is located correctly in the recess on the lever if it has one......
