Yes.....check that the fan is coming on. Phil had a problem with his R1 with it getting hot very quickly......turned out to be an air lock in the water jacket. It does sound like you may have more than one problem. Another thing worth checking is the valve clearances .......If you've got a valve that's not closing fully.......so, be careful with a compression check as it'll show low compression , but there could be several reasons for it.......

We normally only do 1 day........but we're there from opening until they kick us out.....

GPRS....... you can get trackers that you put a phone sim into and the bike is tracked using the GPRS .....

Did the fan come on? When you say running really hot, was the temp gauge high and did it feel/smell hot?

Sounds more electrical to me.......check battery connections, battery voltage, charging circuit........oil and temp lights will come on if the ignition cuts out..........also check kill switch, Sidestand switch.......

There's a few other places too. Have a look at The Bike Shed........ just opened in Shoreditch...... I wouldn't have thought that there was a single London style.......bikers and bikes come in all sorts of sizes, shapes and flavours.....

How are the current cans attached to the link pipes? There may be some non bike specific ones that'll fit.....

Yeah, wind noise db at various speeds on unfaired bikes. .......as a guide. My Bell lid is a bit noisy at speed, but makes up for that in being lightweight, comfortable and good vision and ventilation .......
