Could be a coil/ignitor stick on its way out......this often manifests itself at lower revs......

Check the front brake lever mate.......make sure it's not binding.......could also be crappy pads not fitted correctly, so they're not sliding on the guide pins correctly........and, as mentioned above, if the caliper pistons were not cleaned before they were pushed back in for the new pads, they could be binding. Just got an email from HMRC saying that I'm due a refund........and follow the link to claim it. So.......the link looks kinda official......proper HMRC logo etc........and the form to claim the refund wants my full name, DoB, bank account number, sort code and telephone banking security code!! Yeah......right........and which tree do these t*ssers think I just fell out of....... Be warned folks........HMRC will NEVER inform you of a refund by email or text.......

Have a ride round your local town and see what happens..... It doesn't take much 30mph or less riding before the fan on my Speedy kicks in....... My bike is EFI.......so all that stuff is controlled by the ECU.......dunno about the older Triumphs......
