Like Josh said, definately clean the grime and dirt!! It will be drastically reducing the life of your chain by letting the dirt build up. If you can't afford Kettenmax chain cleaner then a toothbrush and rag soaked in paraffin work a treat mate!! Just remember not to get paraffin on your rear tyre and lube your chain after.

Something I am thinking about... Probably the most major mod I will ever make to my bike..

Got a Knox Contour... Very good, and I have bought the Knox chest protector that fits to it.... Not many people wear the chest protector, but I like it...

I know mate. I have heard good and bad. I think alot people wear disposable ear plugs wrong though. Use disposable correctly and they are awesome!!

He used to do that Vicki, but now has a speaker in his helmet and wears disposable plugs.

Hi PMC Akey does exactly this... Speaker which he can hear, but still has earplugs in.

Hi Lauren It's a good idea, although unfortunately you will probably have to set your stall up next to 3 or 4 other companies that do the same thing. It's not uncommon nowadays.
