Yeah, I know a lot of us disagree with their testing and findings, but they have just updated their website with more helmets they have tested. 28 more to be precise. They have also provided a handy guide on helmet fitting... http://sharp.direct.gov.uk/helmet-guidance/best-fit/

Never heard it happening on a Shoei to that extent before, although all helmets do. Change the cheek pads (Although I think you mean larger ones rather than smaller ones.. Unless I am reading it wrong) and see how it feels mate.

If the weather is good I am going to go. Mr Marv, who TMBF sponsor is racing!! The action on track starts at 9:30 so I am looking to get there for somewhere between 9:00 and 9:15.... If anyone is coming from my direction I will be leaving Derby at around 8:00 to 8:15. Can arrange a meeting point with whoever is interested in meeting me. I have a half decent route planned out so it's only a bit of dual carriageway and no motorway.

well two people went home in ambulances so there were at least two spaces going free if you had asked I think perhaps I might just have failed the noise test by 1 or 2 D/b's 1 or 200 maybe!!! Made my fecking ears bleed!!!!

Im with PPF and Vicki. I have learnt a lot from rideouts from being followed and following. Thanks to following Akey I have totally changed how I take corners and my road positioning. Some may disagree with this, but buy the magazine Ride. They normally have someone who has a problem like cornering, passing, braking, gears and gives them tips. Even though they are specific problems for only that person I have always ended up with more knowledge after reading the article which I have tried and been very happy with the difference it has made to my riding.

Make sure you get in between all the links and really get the grime off. Looking like new will be difficult, but if you have a couple of hours after every ride to dedicate to your chain then you probably could!!
