  1. I hold equal loathing for all political parties and their enthusiasts. I hold opinions that span the political spectrum, there is no one party that could appeal for my vote. If a politico does her/his job and busts a gut for the constituency they earn my respect regardless of rosette colour. There's not many of them though, especially my MP (who's an utter tool), so I don't bother voting now. I used to enjoy a good debate about politics but its been killed by social media and people believing they have the right not to be offended.
  2. It's really not, because Thatch brought all of the mining, steel and dock industrial areas to their knees. *drops grenade* *leaves thread*
  3. I'm stunned at the prices being asked on eBay. Reliable but ditchwater dull lardy courier hack, I'd have said £500-850. I'd be amazed if someone actually paid those prices given what else could be purchased for a couple of grand. I really feel I don't understand the world much anymore.
  4. Walking boots or old army boots, I'll not buy bike boots as a rule. Tempted by some Sidis but I'll not pay that much for them. Jackets have mainly come from eBay. I'll buy from fashion victims who feel the need to constantly have new things. Got a new winter textile from the Triumph factory outlet as the old one was hopeless with rain. I've owned two sets of leather trousers, again from eBay. Otherwise it's jeans or army surplus trousers. Lids are the only thing I'll always buy new but I'll shop around online for the cheapest. Gloves are the only thing I'll try on first - I'm still using the two pairs I bought in 2008.

  8. Well thank you very much tango. I went to work as normal because it's Thursday and I don't want to waste 2 days holiday, and the missus treated me to a nice seafood dinner out 20170216_192604.jpg Tapatalk does that sometimes. Sea stuff is awesome. Happy birthday.
  9. A basket of puppies renders 96% of criminals helpless. They can't steal while they're playing with them.

I remember when a biker would never own up to owning a Volvo. ...and when all of this were fields. ...and when we could leave our front doors unlocked. Eeee, it was a better time. We looked after our own. The Krays may have been badduns, but they were OUR badduns and they loved their Mum. Gawd bless 'em.
